Get rid of your staff and put in a machine. Piss poor service. I asked for a tray because I had bought a bunch of slurpees and couldn't carry them out. She said they were out of stock, and coming in the next couple days. I said ok, do you have anything else? Nope.
So I looked around and saw a cardboard box that was already half empty from drinks on the floor. I asked if I could have that to carry them. Nope. They keep them. She offered NO ideas or solutions. Just gave me attitude. I haven't hated a business this much in a long time.

Overprice overcharge their price tag never matched the items that are there always the wrong price. Price tag says something else and they charge you something else. Even if you mention with them that your Price tag has a different price and you're charging something else, they don't care about that. 80% of their price tags are wrong.

I liked to go here because it was easy and close but I probably won't anymore, or at the very least don't pay with cash. The employee's don't know basic math and how to round. And when you try to say anything they just shrug their shoulders and don't care about anything. Sure, 5 or 10 cents aren't a big deal but they would definitely add up for them eventually.

I asked to use my cash miles, and the response was to tap my credit card twice, so the third tap I just gave up and tap. There is a super thick glass barrier between customers and Cashier. The customer in front of me just keeps on leaning, so does the cashier to each other. To hear one another. Not recommended here. Disconnection.

There's a lady that works there, fancy nails, but a bad attitude, didn't acknowledge me as she was too busy being on her phone. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because I normally get another person who works there and she's great.

I filled 43 litter gas, instead of 420KM I got 300KM mileage, comparing with other gas stations there is 100KM short?

Rude employees. Some manner of training required for the old lady on how to treat pregnant or disabled people. Even the younger girl who sits there is rude as well and not helpful at all.

It was a very pleasant visit this morning. I was having my Hospital uni on me .Raj appreciate me with free coffee and sandwich. When I was getting my coffee and He came up to counter and gave me scratch ticket to do scratch during my break at work so I can switch my mind out of stress. So nice of you Raj. I really appreciate Shell for taking care of front line.
