I'm visiting from Illinois and I love sushi, which means I'm picky.
I came here because it was the only conveyor belt place I could see on Google that was close by. I arrived a little after 3pm and found that they only run the conveyor belt from 11 am to 3 pm.
I was a little bummed, but decided to stay anyway and I'm really happy I did.
I ate a angry dragon roll and then ordered a rainbow roll to take home for later.

The place looked clean, my waiter was really nice, and I highly suggest coming on Sundays between lunch hour and dinner hour. The place was almost empty. So it was nice to sit and not be surrounded by lots of noise.

Sushi was ok, nothing great and alittle pricy for some simple rolls. Fancy rolls are about market price. Atmosphere is super cool and has sushi conveyor. Would rate middle of road and not bring from the area cannot compare to any other local places.

So delicious and fresh. Tried about 7-8 different rolls on the menu for take-out and I do not think there was a single roll that I didn’t like. They served them up in a large platter that was festive and made it easy to distinguish between the rolls. Perfect finger food for the Super Bowl!
Update May 26, 2024: tried their teriyaki bowl and unfortunately it was not to my liking. The chicken did not have grill marks and there was soggy lettuce underneath. However, their sushi is still wonderful.

Excellent sushi and great, friendly service. The novelty of the conveyor belt is fun and creates variety, but nothing is labeled, so it can be an adventure to figure out the less obvious dishes. It's definitely a hidden gem. All the food was fresh and delicious.

I missed out on the conveyor timeframe. Hahahhaha. Walked in and sat right down but wow, this place is popular. In the 40 minutes I enjoyed my food so many people came in to pick up their orders or to place orders.

I sat right up front to see as the chefs worked their magic. I ordered something simple. ? Gyoza, vegetable fried ? rice, orange blossom. I added a side dressing of spicy mayo to add to my wasabi for my sushi. Mmmmmmm
One thing that stood out was the flavor of the veggie fried rice, I assumed it would taste normal but the added seasonings make it a meal on its own.

Great service and great personalities. Enjoy!!

Nowhere else compares to this place love love love. Only complaint I have is when it’s just the adults that wanna go, and decide they want to play video poker when done eating. The same employee or possibly owner is always on the same machine for extended periods of time and it happens to have my favorite game on it. Sounds silly but three different times and when I’m there with the family you will see him come out look around and go back in. Meanwhile the rest of the team is rushing around being amazing!

As a food critic i can say very good service, excellent tempura. The tempura is light and fluffy not too greasy which I love. The edmame always has the perfect amount of salt and is cooked well. Presentation is a hundred percent and kids will love it. They even put apples on the tray for my daughter. I ordered the cherry blossom roll, Philadelphia, and sake nigiri
Everything is colorful, fresh to the palate, and not too heavy. When the fish touches the palate it has a medium lustred texture as well as being cold. which is what you want in sake nigiri. Even the gyoza was perfectly pan fried and not overcooked or undercooked. The servers kept checking on us with great timing in-between and asking us if we want anything else. I felt like i was fine dinning. My daughter loved the ice cream mochi! The inside of the building is very well decorated and bathrooms were clean. Well done.

This is a fun little conveyor belt sushi place. Service was absolutely great. The food was very good. There were some crunchy rolls that were super yummy. The warm rolls and the potstickers and eggrolls are hard to see through the steamy tops. But prices were comparable with the food. And it was a nice lunch for two for under 20 bucks. We will definitely go back whenever we are in Redmond.!
