Went to st.mary ER, had swelling from surgery, needed to have a catheter inserted to get urine out due it tearing my stitches. They drew blood first I sat there for 3 more hours no treatment in a lot of pain bladder extended. They told my husband they had no idea when they would have a bed to treat me. My husband took me out of there and went to another ER where their first thing was to get my bladder empty. St. Mary's will kill you waiting in the ER. If the nurses stayed off their phones and talk about people maybe the simplest of jobs could be done.

I'm pregnant with a mild case of hydronephrosis. I'm in severe pain and everytime I come into this hospital, they rush me out or don't even care, evwn though i keep getting sent over there for the same thing repeatedly. On top of it, they told me all of my testing came out fine, when I went to look on my chart, not only did I have high everything, I also had a UTI they didn't bother treating; the obgyn I'm seeing works in this hospital and I'm over 38 weeks, so I don't have time to find a new doctor so I can go to a different hospital bc of insurance issues. The nurses are also extremely rude and rather talk crap about there patients, be on their phones constantly, and complain about working other than helping. It's absolutely ridiculous and I'm beyond scared to have my baby here.

Arrived at 4 am to be checked out for congestion and ear ache triage was fast checked vitals all came back good now I know it don’t take long just to see a patient for cough medicine cause that all there going to prescribe so I ask front Window what my status was and when I was going to see the doctor keep in mind I got X-rays and what appears to be decongestant in a syringe then the guy at the window says I don’t see you anywhere so I left the emergency this place is a joke for real 9am when I decided I’m not going to wait any longer so back to my experience was horrible 5 hr just for cough medicine and ear drops which I still did not receive and possibly some other illnesses that are can expose to my children so I do recommend anyone go here I arrived at 4:00 am no patients in waiting room 9 am hit place is jammed pack thank you st Mary,s for nothing

I would just like to say to all nurses and staff I appreciate your hard work! Your support for caring for thousands of patients is a remarkable one. From sleepless nights to on call emergency is the most selfless act anyone could do. Today’s experience I was cared for effectively. Thank you to the Chapel - Patrick for asking me if I needed anything, you did not have to ask but you seen the concern on my face and for that I am grateful for today’s experience. To All Staff your sacrifices do not go unnoticed

I will never come back to this ED… The doctor I saw really didn’t listen to me when you are explaining my health problems. Did an EKG my skin was oily it wasn’t sticking instead of giving me an alcohol pad to remove the oil they still went ahead and did it so the reading was off. No wonder they have a 2 star.

I was nervous to come here because I had never been to an ER before. I came here a couple days ago for extremely bad pain on my side. Everyone I encountered was extremely sweet and caring. Yes the wait time is long but they have a lot of people. I was there for about 4 hours but the student doctor kept checking up on me and seeing how I was doing. There were 2/3 guards at the door at all times so I never felt unsafe either. Before I was even discharged they sent my prescription so when I got discharged by medicine was ready a very short time later. Thank you ?

Most nurses are excellent but the wait time in the ER is horrible… there are no available beds. Expect long hours

WORST EMERGENCY ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE! They leave there terribly sick patients waiting in the waiting room or hall way with everyone else. They will put an IV in your arm and send you back to the hall way. The waiting room and hallway will pack up so bad you will basically be sitting on each other's laps. They do not know how to handle children pr pregnant women at all. I went in there with severe pains while pregnant and had my husband on the phone. The doctor said he wouldn't talked me as long as my husband was on the phone and would refuse me services if I didn't hang up. Then they left me in a hallway packed with seriously sick people after giving me my IV. They did the same thing when I brought my 1 month old in. This hospital is very unsanitary and smells horrible all time! STAY AWAY ITS NOT WORTH IT!
