The worst experience from a practitioner. My poor son had to suffer with his horrible respiratory infection another day due to Suzannes unwillingness to listen to my son’s symptoms. Some people don’t belong in healthcare. If you don’t care you shouldn’t be there. Thank goodness for Meridian urgent care up the street. They gave my son a steroid injection, literally immediate respiratory relief and z pack and overall superior bedside manner.

I waited nearly 4 hours only to be seen by a doctor for about 30 seconds. I even checked in online and it said 30 minute wait. HA! They are fairly quick and friendly at the front when you get your vitals and get checked in. After three hours of waiting, I was brought to a room and waited an additional 45 minutes. Outside of my room I could hear the nurses just chit chatting nonsense. The doctor smelled of mildew and sweat and told me he can't control the wait and asked would I like to be seen by him. Nasty! Good luck getting your prescription sent because they even fail at doing that. Just make an appointment with your doctor or better yet drive out of the desert where you will not be treated like a number. I pay way too much for insurance for such sub-par treatment. Four wasted hours that I can never get back.

Amazing patient care. Went on a Sunday and told they have no xray tech, to come back Monday for injury evaluation. Came in at opening time Monday, checked in, they gladly took my money, made me wait an hour and a half to be told to go to ER because their xray tech called out... not like they couldn't have told me that at check in so i could have been seen at another urgent care that could have helped me... but here I am bleeding more money to providence to go to ER. Thanks a bunch.

Today, 05/09 at 2:45, I took my son with a lot of pain in his foot and the receptionist did not want to attend to him because his mother did not have identification when I was not the patient and my son could not even walk because of the pain and my son did have all his documents. The person who attended to me always had a bad attitude towards me because I did not speak to him in English and I know that it was a case of racism. I just went to another emergency room where they only asked for my son's documents, not mine.

Almost every time I go here I have a problem with my prescriptions. Believe it or not I am not upset about the issues with the prescription because I know people make mistakes, things get transcribed wrong etc...
I get crazy mad because there is no way to get ahold of a live person to fix it. This is not the first time I've had to drive back to have them correct their mistake.
It's not at facility level, this comes from above. Whoevers idea it was to implement the the phone procedures you need to do better...
You call the number provided, it tells you to press a number to talk to someone at the front desk, then it takes you directly to voicemail, the message says they will get back to you before then end of the business day, which is at 9pm, HOWEVER the pharmacy closes at 6....how is that in anyway efficient?
Then they say the pharmacy didn't leave a message, you tell them they faxed the info over for correction but that does not go to the office either it goes somewhere else, how is that efficient either when the provider is in that office?
Please help me understand! then the pharmacy tries to call the dedicated provider line but after about 8 rings ( I called too about 7 times) it gives an error message
L ( LET ME GUESS YOUR PHONE LINES WERE DOWN) So there is absolutely no way to talk to someone live without leaving a message, in hopes they call you back in time to try and clarify everything prior to pharmacy closing.

This was not an end of the day ordeal either.
We were there when the doors opened. So to get this figured out, to get antibiotics for a 8 year old with strep I had to drive down to the office again to ask for the provider to call the pharmacy for clarification. There was 1 person in the waiting room, why can't the phone lines be answered?
So what is happening is that I have to leave a message, in order to get a call back, but the call back can happen as late as 9pm, to get the provider to clarify a prescription to a pharmacy that is already closed and now it goes into the next day?

lucky I drove out of my way again just to tell them to correct their error...... come on st marys urgent you can do better......

As for the staff front desk is awsome, providers are nice, back office assistants can have a better bedside manner, one was rude with an attitude the whole time but no harm no foul, just do something better to be able to speak to a live person when it's absolutely needed.

Worst urgent care ever! Took my daughter 5 month old daughter in because she had a fever and she keept rubbing her ears, she was seen by Veronica Bolanos who didn't even check my baby right and all she said was okay she looks fine its going to be something viral. And left the room. 2 days later still had a fever so ended up taking her to St Marys Hospital only for her to have a fever of 103.8 and a horrible ear infection. Its sad that we can't even trust our doctors with our children.

I just went in yesterday in horrible pain due to strep throat. My company I work for is switching healthcare providers so I didn’t have my card. I walked in and talked to Maria and another torta and let them know it was blue cross and they straight up said they didn’t take that and gave me a list of other providers because I didn’t have my card. All they had to do was look me up on the system and they kept saying they couldn’t cuz they didn’t have my card. I told them I could give them my insurances service line and they kept going in circles saying they can’t do that without my card. So I said screw that and went to the er and waited hours and when I got out I went back and told them the er was able to look me up easily and they said they have different systems but numerous people have told me they have went and said they looked up their insurance with their social. I told them that and they said they can’t give my personal information out and that was my responsibility to call my insurance. If an eye doctor can use my social to find my insurance I know for sure they can! It was a Saturday night and I know they wanted to get their Modelo‘s on. These type of workers should not be in the medical field. Only there for the check. No different than a cashier at a gas station. They didn’t want to do their job it was empty and they wanted to go home. Shame on them.

We got there 5 minutes before closing, and had all doors closed. The receptionist made the janitor walk to the door to tell us that they were closed. Signage say they close at 9, should say they close earlier. Meanwhile while the girls that work at the front desk seen us and than tried to hide behind there monitors, and laughing at the situation. Than they noticed I got bothered and wanted to speak to one of them. They waisted our time being rude. People like them shouldn’t work in the medical field.
