Please avoid this place at all costs. I unfortunately had my car damaged from the poor quality of their car wash. The hood of my car, and also parts of my windshield, have scratches all running in the same direction as if rocks and other debris were caught in the car wash brushes. I cannot recommend this place for anyone.

Update 12.23: I spoke to the manager Jorge regarding this issue. The only response he could offer was to "prove to me" that his car wash was not the cause of damage to my car. All the proof I need is that I did not have these damages prior to getting a car wash here, and that these damages appeared after getting my car wash here.

Hoy fui a lavar mi carro completamente lo dejaron igual por dentro volví adentro y les dije que el carro había quedado sucio hicieron que lo fueron a limpiar de vuelta lo dejaron igual yo creo OK si estás vendiendo un Servicio debes de ser bien el servicio y los supervisores deben de estar atento a lo que sus empleados están haciendo por eso se paga y todavía uno generosamente da propinas pero entendemos que hace calor y que esta establecimiento no tiene sombra para los empleados pero deben de ser bien su trabajo. Si se quieren ahorrar ahorrar ahorrar momentos desagradables no vengan a este lugar

Just watched the employees' steal cash I forgot in my glovebox and then gave me the "sorry no english" card when I politely asked them to put it back

Won't be coming back here. The 2 employees found 2 ten dollar bills, each took one and slid it in their pockets. Not a word spoken. Definitely wasn't their first time doing it.

I recommend a boycott until they honor their advertising. Typically, get a great wash and great service. As a bonus, they honor our veterans with a discount. After coming here for 2 years, today, they would not honor their posted veterans discount and told me that now I needed to be a disabled veteran. When I said I was... then they said it had to be on my license plate ( DV). Then, after further discussion with a person claiming to be a manager, she explained that I already got a discount because of a 'special' they were running and would only honor one discount. I asked to see the policy...she couldn't produce it and it is not posted. This is very disappointing and I will not use this establishment any more.

fui a cambiar el aceite me dijeron que era gratis lavado de carro . y luego que me cobraron me dijero tu troca tienes las llantas anchas nose puede lavar ..pero yo ya havia lado mi camioneta antes varias veces pero como esta vez iva hacer gratis no quiso lavarla la vieja gorda del car wash ..servicio de cagada

This car wash is great! There was so many car I was worry for the time but, they take lest than 30min to finish my car. The car looks so good, was great experience and the price is very reasonable.

Very bad cleaning service. I came here twice and both times they didn’t clean the car.
Today I decided to not pay until I see my car clean. Guess what? They told me my car was ready and I went to check it out. They didn’t even vacuum under the mats. The dashboard was all dusty. I had to talk to their manager , his name was Jorge. He was very rude and told me we are all humans and we all make mistakes. Really two times I have the same issue. They don’t vacuum under the mats It’s a cleaning service and I did pay for detailed cleaning around 75 dollars. Detailed cleaning and they don’t vacuum and didn’t clean the mats or the dashboard? If this is a detailed service and they are missing all of that, then good luck with non detailed services.
I won’t come back here. Please if you care about your money don’t waste it here.

Wanted to give Ken a solid review based off the customer service he provided and the solid communication he relayed to me when coming to get an inspection and wash done on my girlfriends car. I appreciate the assistance Ken. Employees like yourself are long term good assets to companies and locations like these!
