If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, please come to this location and ask for Jimmy Goss! He is amazing and if I could give a higher rating I would. This specific Toyota location is a total package. I came with my dad already knowing what I wanted and Jimmy made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. The moment I walked in I was greeted by 2 amazing young ladies. They offered us complimentary breakfast danishes, coffee, and water and they also provided complimentary lunch. The entire staff was very welcoming and made sure I got everything I asked for. The overall experience was exceptional! Hank and John Ventre are so awesome! As a woman going into a male dominated business it can be intimidating but they made it feel anything but! They made me feel so comfortable buying my first car so easy! Although Hank had other customers he still kept checking in on me and making sure everything was going smoothly. John Ventre was super knowledgeable and handled all of my questions with ease! My mom was even so impressed she’s going to buy a car from them soon! We had a great experience with Stokes! They went above and beyond in our search for a used car for our son. We started our search in Beaufort at Stokes Honda where Rob Williams found us the perfect car, a used Camry. We have always been a Honda family, but decided to try a Toyota. The Camry was at one of the other dealerships in the Stokes family, so Rob sent us to Andre Smith at Stokes Toyota. Andre was super helpful and spent a lot of time with us. Our son's car was totaled by insurance and it was a long ordeal to get the payout, during the whole process Andre and the Stokes team were very helpful working through the details. It's experiences like this that keep us coming back to Stokes.

Stokes Toyota Hilton Head helped me find my dream car!
I recently purchased my 2024 Toyota Highlander Platinum in Wind Chill Pearl with Harvest Beige leather interior. This dealership ROCKS in customer service from the moment you first contact them.
We live 2.5 hours away and our AWESOME sales consultant, John Ventre, kept in touch with us consistently with updates on where our vehicle was in transit and when it would be arriving.
On the day we picked it up, we were greeted by super friendly folks at the front desk. In addition to our sales consultant, we also had great experiences with Greg Priebe (Business Manager) and Bryan Cooler (General Manager).

I just bought a new car on Saturday and worked with Richard. He was great! He worked with me and made sure I got the most for my trade in that I could. He was extremely helpful and cared about getting me the best deal. You don't find that a lot in salesmen so I was very grateful to work with him. Horace in finance also helped get me the best rate and was very personable. He knew what he was doing and made it fun at the same time. Overall, I had a great experience at Stokes and couldn't recommend more heading here for your car needs. If you do make sure to ask for Richard and Horace!!!
