Bought a used Honda Ridgeline from here a couple weeks ago…awesome experience!! We had Josh as our sales guy and he was fantastic! The “no pressure” attitude and approach in his service was very evident and very welcoming for me as the customer. He was a great guy to work with and I am glad to have decided to go there to buy the car. I also met the head guy in the mechanic shop (which is part of the dealer) and was impressed with their service as well

Purchased a car from here. Thought it was a decent deal. They came down a bit closer to what the comps were online. All was well for about two to three weeks. Then the car started having some major problems. As of right now it has two flat tires (the tires were low when we bought it. Mentioned it and we’re told they just need air so put some air in them. WRONG), the check engine light is flashing, and the car smokes when driven. Into the shop it goes. We called them back to see if there was any appointments or anything at the shop next door to their facility as they claim this mechanic is “so thorough” and were completely brushed off by Gus, the salesman that sold us the car. He sure had a great customer service face when he was trying to get our sale, but unfortunately could care less about our safety and actually helping us with what he claimed he would once the vehicle is off the lot. Less than impressed. Will not be back here to purchase a car again. We do not trust this lot at all. We will bring our business elsewhere.

We looked for a long time for a new car for my fiance's son and finally found one at T&L. I'm not typically someone who buys from lots around town, so I was pretty hesitant. Josh Kellar helped us through the test drive and deal and did it under some pretty extraordinary circumstances (late hours, holding the vehicle for us) and was incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and helped us get into a car that's very nice.

I'd recommend working with Josh and also will have him on speed dial when we're looking for a new vehicle down the road.

From some of these comments on here kinda childish. Josh is a sales man just like any other salesman. Doing his job. But he’s definitely not a mechanic. And the mechanic they have in there shop,totally came off the streets caus he knows how to lie. For all of you that don’t know anything mechanical. You have the right to get a second eye ball look on the car you want. Meaning pre owned inspection from a professional mechanic shop . If they don’t want you too. Go somewhere else.End of story!!

Tyson was extremely helpful in the purchase of a new vehicle for our daughter. We got a great car for the price we paid. Highly recommend. Paperwork was quick not a pain in the butt.

I will never ever come back here to purchase a car! i went through all the reviews of al the salesmen’s before we ever even went to the lot to see what we were working with. Josh was the salesmen who helped us, he preached that they have the best shop in town and they check everything! We pulled it off the lot my check engine came on before we ever even pulled in the drive way, my whole entire headlight wasn’t even plugged in. When we called about the title paperwork and explain the issues we had, he telling us it’s our fault for how we drive the car, he had an attitude problem right from the get go! He was amazing at first but he’s just lying to everyone to who comes in there! We had a better chance of buying a car from someone off of facebook marketplace that would have ran better! I’m very disappointed with everyone who works there, you should be ashamed of yourself Josh!

We finally got my title in the mail and we went to to go get my plates and he never said a word about it having a salvage title, so now i can’t even get my plates because he’s a LIAR!

We have been in the market for a late model Durango for some time now and happened to see one on the lot at T&L. We dropped by at 9 p.m. on a Friday night just to take a look, not suspecting that anyone would be there to talk with us. As we were getting ready to pull out of the lot, Josh Kellar met us and asked us about having a look at the vehicle. He said they'd closed 2 hours prior, but would be happy to let us take a test drive that night!

We did, loved the vehicle, and came back the next day to finalize the purchase. It was smooth, the people there were really helpful, and we were in and out with no lost time, fuss, or hard upselling, which always seems to happen at dealerships.

Josh was a great salesperson and was helpful with all parts of the deal. We'll definitely be going back to T&L in the future!

From the time I called to the time I left, they were really friendly. Wade worked with us to ensure we had a great vehicle to take home. They wanted to make sure we were happy with our selection.
