Have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years till now. Went in to trade in one of my f-250 trucks purchased from them and wanted a trade in value and look at a smaller truck. They ran my credit at 3 places without informing me as they already had my info then gave me a low low offer on my trade and I walked out. The Toyota dealership was very friendly and offered me 3 grand more on my trade starting offer. After test driving and looking at the features I decided to go with Toyota. Much better truck and Staff not scam artists.

Even with a hurricane and being shutdown the week prior to my appoint Terrebonne Lincoln honored my 8:00 Monday appoint date for warranty work and had my camper (Ford Transit chassis) back to me before noon. That is also with them doing an oil change while it was there. Very pleased with prior warranty appointments also.

The staff was extremely helpful throughout the buying process and communicated very well from start to finish. My salesman Rusty took the time to explain all new features and walk me step by step through getting settled in to the new truck, answering all my questions along the way. The finance office was a breeze, very clear on all of my options and made sure I was well informed on next steps. 10/10 would send anyone this way for their next vehicle

Didn’t start off too good, but after speaking with the manager Tommy he was able to work out an amazing deal for me and help me get the perfect vehicle! Exceptional Work as normal! However I wanna point out that Maddie Ellender was top-tier when it came to customer service! She was extremely polite, helped in any way she could, and made the experience all the better. I highly recommend talking to her if you’re having any issues because she makes you the top priority!
