2019 Ford F150 Lariats have RUST Very disappointed with my interaction with Crystal today. Her professionalism was okay until she got frustrated with me and then it went out the door and was arguing with me over text message. Couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Do not let them get you with the $1800 nitrogen service. They label it as “added equipment” and it’s OPTIONAL. Please check the carfax and see if these cars are from winter areas (like Canada) because they salt the roads very heavy and it will rust the undercarriage!!

As someone who can be difficult to deal with, I'm always skeptical when I hear about easy buying or selling processes from dealerships. Seems like everyone wants to buy your car but no one wants to pay for it. With that said , I want to give a huge compliment to Thomas L (vehicle buyer) at Texas Auto. Honest, transparent and fair. This guy is a rare type in the industry. Texas Auto clearly has a great team and I highly recommend them!

11/10 the best dealership experience I've had to date, and I hate dealerships hahaha. Sergio and Easten were an absolute pleasure to work with and I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I Met with Mr. Steven Houston (he goes by Houston, sadly he’s not from Houston ?) and I must say the level of customer service was outstanding. From the time I got there we looked at a couple of vehicles that I liked, I feel in love with the Jeep Cherokee, he knows that I love black on black so that will be my purchase. If you are in need of a vehicle please go see Houston. I promise it’s no games or gimmicks just honesty.

My experience began with a phone call with Bryce who was very nice and helpful with scheduling an appointment for later in the day. I was then contacted by Mike Peoples who confirmed my appointment with him that evening and told me the truck I was interested in was still available. I drove an hour to the dealership and was told Mike had already left. Another sales person called Mike on the phone and said that Mike already sold the truck earlier today. I even called Mike at 3:30 to ask some questions on the truck and it was never mentioned that the truck was sold or in the process of being sold. I should’ve gotten a courtesy call to tell me the truck was sold before I wasted time driving to the dealership. There was definitely a lack of professionalism, I will not be doing business with this dealership in the future.

I worked with Mr Houston. Made our experience great honestly the easiest car deal I ever worked. Definitely the best customer experience I ever had in a dealership. Ask for Mr Houston i promise you will not be disappointed
