Stay away from this place! Save your money and time! This dealership kept misleading me, giving fake excuses, and demonstrating unfair business behavior.
I got my title after 6 months of buying the car. I spent $2,000 fixing the car! The check engine light came on just 2 days after purchasing the vehicle!!!

The day I purchased my vehicle it overheated. Its been 2 months and I am still getting repairs done on the vehicle.

Response 06/21/2022 : The vehicle was not repaired. I was told by vinny that the fan was replaced but he could not provide me with the receipt so I could show Ford when I brought the vehicle for repairs. The car kept overheating. The warranty company (GWC warranty) takes 45 minutes to answer the phone. only covers partial labor costs, and only covers used parts for replacements.

The loaner car that was provided to me had a paper tag on it and was impounded because it didn't have a parking permit at my apartment community. I would have paid for the impoundment but paying for a car I cannot drive is irrational.

I went with this dealer because they were referred to my by my good friend. I am a single mother who has to go to work and take my son to school Regardless if the vehicle was sold as is, I made it very clear that I needed a working vehicle. This dealer does not care about their clients and you should only purchase if you need parts.
