This was one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had in a business, EVER. The valet/parking attendant was verbally abusive and very clearly on some kind of power trip where he thinks it is ok to berate and yell at guests. After everything this beach has been through this year, you would think that people would be more friendly and inviting instead of treating you like an inconvenience when you show up at their property. I will never provide a single dollar to this business again because when I tried to take the issue to management’s attention, I was hung up on three separate times. Trust me when I say this hotel is not worth the aggravation you will endure from its employees.

We recently hosted our wedding at the Hotel Zamora and it was nothing short of amazing. Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton came by just a month before our wedding and the staff was very quick with communication on the status of the hotel and venue. The new rooms and lobby is BEAUTIFUL!! & made for amazing pictures. The new bridal get ready room (Valencia room) was refreshed and made for a great getting ready space with lots of room for makeup artists and other vendors to leave their stuff during the wedding. Even with a crazy amount of wind and a very cold night, the Hotel stepped up and made sure their new heaters were built in time for the wedding. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Excellent perfectly clean, large, newly renovated pool. Right across from the beach, easy to access beach and restaurants and the Bayway. Services were lacking for such a high end boutique hotel. Examples are that I asked for a luggage cart and it was left at my door but no one told me it was there. When I parked I was given a cart but no one offered to help my sister and I bring it up to our room. Coffee in the lobby was a nice thing but when I asked for milk for it I was told yes one day and no the next. Over all I'd definitely return and loved my stay.

It’s currently under construction & some of the services weren’t available but we still enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful! They have bicycles & kayaks available to use. They set up beach chairs & umbrellas on the beach across the street. The housekeeping staff & valets (Glenn & George) were all very helpful. Shay was very sweet at checkout. The 360 rooftop was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. We can’t wait to go back once the renovations are complete!

Very nice hotel, but too far away to walk to anything. And you can only valet park which is annoying. Everyone who worked there was very nice but had to ask for towels and toilet paper.
Dinner was good, Dave was awesome.

I'm a local, and this is one of my favorite brunch spots with a great view. I bring friends and family here all the time. The food is amazing along with the staff.

However, we have had some issues with parking valet being a little rude at times and when we have tried to dock the boat we were asked to pay $100 just to pull up and other times we never had to pay.

Parking valet was rude, there is construction and when they pulled the car up my friend went the wrong way. The valet gentleman was verbally saying "can't read the sign" out loud which I think is rude after we spent over $500 in dining and come there often. It wasn't a good feeling.

Other than that, this place is awesome!

We had a wonderful time. Just a few notes

We arrived early and wanted to check in but were told we had to wait to four. We understood we were early but the phone person wasn’t polite and when we arrived we waited. We understood.

Positive. We went to eat and Tammy was out of this world.

We then checked in before four and were unpacked and then called stating we had to move rooms due to some water issue. We paid for a room with a balcony and wanted one. After a given a few options we moved.
Last year we also had to move rooms due to a leak under the sink. Haha

Positive. Corine was absolutely wonderful accommodating our move. The wine she provided was a nice gesture.

Checking out was a chore. Corine said she would be able to just our rate. That was not reflected on the bill. The $60 credit was also not applied. So now we have to call to make sure all of this is done. Wasted time that is easy to correct.

We love the place!!!!!!!
