Quick, easy, and details explained twice for the expected quality in communications. Ted has not only proved excellent service, but guaranteed it every step of the way. This is more than a lot, it's the proper example of what a dealership should always be. Ted is the man!
UPDATE: Just as Ted guaranteed me, this vehicle is as good as it can get. No problems, no major repairs, car suspension is heavenly for me, and no foreseeable issues. I am shocked at the deal I was offered and got.

Bought this beautiful Lexus SUV from the Lot Auto sales last month, and we love it. The car is perfect for our growing family. The owner Ted is honest, fair, and very knowledgeable. We bought the car with fair price and we are really happy with the purchase. He even had the Carfax ready and was able to answer all the questions we asked. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality cars with fair price. Two thumbs up!

TBH I WAS SO EXCITED TO BUY A CAR I DIDNT EVEN CHECKED TO SEE WAS THERE ANY CAR TROUBLES, ALTHOUGH I DID ASK "TED" SEVERAL TIMES WAS THERE ANY WORRIES BUT HE ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS A GREAT CAR . LITTLE DID I KNOW I WAS IN FOR A RUDE AWAKENING. THE FIRST RED FLAG SHOULD OF BEEN WHEN THE CAR DIDNT START WHILE ON HIS LOT . HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO REPLACE THE BATTERY WITH A USED BATTERY WHICH HE CHARGED ME FOR IT . I SAY ABOUT THE 3RD WEEK AFTER BUYING THE CAR IT STARTED TO STALL OUT . I WAS GETTING CRANK NO START. SINCE THAN I BROUGHT A ALTERNATOR, FUEL PUMP AND A PCM . IM STILL GETTING THE SAME THING "CRANK NO START " SO NOW ILL BE TAKING IT TO GET DIAGNOSIS TO FIGURE OUT What's GOING ON WITH THIS ? HE DONE SOLD ME.
