Worked with Jeremy for a little while this past weekend. REALLY enjoyed the experience. We didn't get pressured into staying, buying, and all the other rigamarole that usually comes with a visit to a dealership. We went for a test drive and really liked the vehicle, but explained we had limited time and another couple places to visit, he was good with that. We ended up purchasing at another dealership, but our experience with The Selection was so positive, I wanted to leave a review. Thanks for everything, next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I'll return!

I bought a 2017 Lincoln Continental from this dealer a month ago. The experience up front was great, the issue was what was not discovered and disclosed during their pre sale inspection. They failed to mention a blown out front passenger strut. I had noticed a rough ride over bumps when test driving it and was not given a discount for it. I contacted multiple different shops near me and they reccomended replacing both struts at the same time. Their estimates were between $1,100 and $1,500. I called This dealer with my findings and was basically told "too bad". Even if I had got the warranty, I would have had to pay to get this part replaced that they failed to find in their inspection in the first place. If you purchase a car here I highly reccomend getting an inspection on the vehicle you are interested in from a third party shop so you can be fully informed on the condition of your vehicle. Not so impressed with the listing saying "Great condition" and the car cosmetically and mechanically falling short. In addition, the radio was unresponsive when purchasing the vehicle and I had to fight for 4 hours to get the radio working again after a reformat.

Absolutely a great experience today. From the moment we stepped in the door. No hassle friendly staff. Vehicle presented well so we took a test drive. In and out in a couple hrs. They was super busy and great team to work with.

Such amazing customer service! I was hesitant to buy a used car and was referred to The Selection. Ended up purchasing a Toyota Corolla from then for my daughter who goes to school in Lawrence, because you know Toyotas last forever!

Looked at 7 other dealerships with mediocre attention and care, who knows what they would have helped with after a purchase if I went with one of them!?

Anyway, the alternator went out on my daughter’s car and Brandon at Selection TOOK CARE OF IT!! Got the car from a shop in Manhattan KS, assured me that they have their own shop with 6 mechanics and they would fix whatever needed to be fixed! The Manhattan shop couldn’t tell us what the issue might be but Brandon just called me and told me the alternator was bad, they put a new one in and the car is good to go ALL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!!!

To say I’m relieved is an understatement! I am so glad we took the referral and met Rachel, Brandon and Jeremy!

I definitely recommend The Selection at 845 Iowa Street in Lawrence Kansas to anyone needing to purchase a car in the future!!! Amazing people and an amazing dealership, if you need a vehicle go see them! Thank you Brandon, Rachel and Jeremy for your help!

Brandon and crew do a really great job. If you are looking for a quality used premium car, check here first. They take their time to go through the car and fix and replace anything that needs repaired. The prices are fair for a high quality premium vehicle. This is my second car from the Selection. When I need another, I will look here first.

Jeremy was very professional, got me a great deal on my first car ever. He even stayed 30 mins past closing to help me secure a car. Loving the car so far, will update periodically. Very good dealership experience thus far. 10/10 would recommend.
