These guys are awesome! I have spoken to both Jeff and George on different occasions. I am not a local, so I stopped in to get information about the lake nearby and the boat ramps available because I was going to be teaching a client how to drive his boat. I wanted to be sure we went to a location that would accommodate the size of his boat, have enough depth and be safe.

Ordered a Phoenix 920 from Toho Marine a little over 10 years ago. It has been problem free The entire time. Developed a leak approx 3 months ago. Automatic bilge kicks on every 20 minutes while on the water and runs for 5 seconds. I reached out to Phoenix on their chat line. Tim called me and believed it was likely the live well fittings for the drain lines. He sent me the parts for free. I attempted to replace myself. My 70 year old self doesn’t reach as far into a boat as it used to. Couldn’t get the job done. I called Toho and spoke to John. Explained my situation. He quoted me a flat rate. We live approx. 11/2 hours away. We picked it up yesterday all fixed and ready to go. Checkout was great, thanks to Steve. Their tech Noah did an excellent job. Actually charged less than I was quoted over the phone. We had a great experience. Thank you Toho Marine!

This place has everything you need from a boating perspective! They can supply you with a new or preowned boat. We bought our bass boat there and continue to drive 1.5 hours to have their service department keep it running strong. You will not find a more knowledgeable staff and no pressure atmosphere!
