I bought my Dodge journey last month from Total Auto Sales. The car is very clean and the price was very okay compared to other ones I viewed. My experience with them is commendable. The staff were friendly especially Ahmad. Being new in the country, Ahmad was giving me so much support even after the purchase.

A delayed review, because one of the last places I bought a car here was initially good, but then the after-service was terrible. So after buying here I've waited a while to review.

Thankfully, I can say after a few months of owning the car bought from here, the after-service was excellent.

Now, I generally would put things here for British buyers to be aware of, and generally, back home we have a little more cover than you do here in Canada.
Essentially, if you buy a USED car and you don't buy the warranty, ANYTHING thar happens after that is generally considered your problem since you bought a second-hand car. Whereas in England, second-hand car buyers, or second-hand car sellers, are a little more responsible to the law—as I found out to my chagrin.

But thankfully, with Total Car Auto Sales, they've just been wonderful start to finish.

Now, if you come in and you're of a certain age and style, and you're expecting certain types of cars to be sold, you will be a little bemused by the pictures of Al Pacino and Peaky Blinders and whatnot in the foyer,

But this is generally just a representation of a certain kind of wealth creation, rather than any kind of demonstrative attitude towards customers. No one had an AK an invited salutations to that small type of friend.

I believe the owner must just have some kind of fascination with making money in this kind of way.

All of the people represented in the pictures represent that, but don't let that put you off.

The finance team and the sales guy, Ahmed in particular, were just wonderful throughout.

The car was exactly as described, and when I felt there was a small error with it, I brought it back and they had it assessed straight away. They checked the balancing, the tyres. Again, just start to finish, just a wonderful experience, and I'd recommend them highly over other places.

I would happily and hastily buy a car from here again. Please, please do use them as you see fit. And don't let the weird pictures of the fanboy proto-Trumps in the reception put you off.

My sales Ahmad did a great job, he arrange a test drive for me and even drove me to bank for a bank draft issuance, so helpful and supportive! Everything went smoothly, the car was certified and it looks neat and tidy! Definitely a 5 star rating to total auto sales and my sales Ahmad!

Mo and Anatoly did a fantastic job working with me to get the vehicle I was looking at to fit my budget.

Everything with the vehicle has been fantastic so far, with one extra surprise feature I wasn’t expecting, and only the minor things to fix (headlight mounts, grille clips) that are common and expected on the model of vehicle I purchased.

The pickup process was very smooth, the paperwork was all prepared and ready to be signed, there was no pressure, and it was encouraged that I go personally inspect the vehicle before finalizing anything.

I definitely would recommend this dealer, they did right by me.
