This is the worst place to buy a car please stay away! Yes the “down payment is small” but they are literally charging you like if the car is brand new off the lot with 0 miles. I got a 2014 Honda Accord from this place March of 2023 and it was priced at almost 24,000 dollars, With 104 thousand miles. I know I shouldn’t of even signed the contract but I was in desperate need of a vehicle and had no other choice. So let’s start off by saying within 2 - 3 weeks my brakes started squeaking so I decided to buy brand new brakes & pay someone to put them on and same day they still continued to squeak. So I finally decided to take the car to get looked at and the mechanic was like well did u buy brand new motors I said no I just got this car and I shouldn’t have to be replacing brand new brakes & motors so they told me to take the car back during the week mind you I would Monday thru Friday so that wouldn’t work so I just decided to drive like that. A few days later my radio goes out and my driver window wouldn’t roll down so I have my mom drop me off at work take it to the dealership so they can look at it and they start telling my mom I will have to pay 50 dollars for them to even look at the car mind you it’s only been a month or so since I’ve had the car. So I pay the 50 dollars and they tell me the sensor went out for the radio (replaced it) & it will be 340 dollars for them to fix my window because the motor went out in it. So I never paid for the window sensor. Next my starter goes out I paid over 300 dollars to get it fixed. A few weeks after that my car wouldn’t start I call them and Ana proceeded to tell me oh it looks like you have a bad battery. So here I go having to buy a brand new battery that was over 200 dollars. All my dash board lights have been on for months I had them look at it and apparently I have to take the car to a HONDA dealership myself & have them run it because they don’t have that type of reader for my car. Oh and see if they can rest the lights for me. So I have had so many issues with this place. Brakes, motors, dash board lights, radio, window not rolling down, starter. Air conditioning. My car was blowing out hot air come to find out they never changed the filter that goes in the glove compartment, so here I go having to come out of pocket for that also. Finally once I purchased that my air started to follow out and was cold. & I have even had to buy all 4 brand new tires because the ones they had on there were every old and already had thread on them. & I have only had this car for 10 months. So you do the MATH. And last but not least Ana called me 1/17/2024 telling me if I didn’t pay the 7 dollars that I owed she will be cutting my car off til it was paid. & I mean 7 dollars not 700 hundred dollars 7 dollars! So they basically sell cars as is once brought & make the cars look presentable and they know you will have to come back to them & fix up the car as you pay for it. So not only are they already over pricing their cars they are also ripping you off by fixing what should have already been fixed before the car even left the lot. Let’s not mention the car payment will be at least 250 every week & “full coverage” insurance @ 135 extra a month. So for at 2014 Honda Accord I pay 635 a MONTH.
