Joe is an absolutely deplorable human based on my experience here, they actively sell lemons here. They claim to repair the issues but they have their cousin as a mechanic and he does bare minimum Mickey mouse work. Most the time the work wasnt even performed and the car had the very same issue over and over again. Not a professional place whatsoever. They do business illegally and fraudulently. Its how and why their illegal repossession of my ex wifes car was removed from credit and record. I reported them to everyone I could think of and because Joe was having us send money directly to his bank account (which was illegal) they sorted it all in my favor. They marked up and over price a vehicle all to profit off of la raza because i was a check not a person here. They lied and violate my rights. Id recommend to everyone Absolutely stay away from here and go somewhere you'll be appreciated and dealt with honestly.

Update: if you go through the negative experiences it all tracks. Who these people are is obvious. If they owe you money report them to California consumer affairs and attorney general. If they’ve done you wrong File reports with the attorney general and bbb as well as with the local police get it all on paper for legal.

Only 18 of the 26 over all reviews show here but over 50% of reviews are bad warning people to stay away. That’s all anyone needs to know about this spot

Very professional and experienced salesmen. Joe made my car buying experience great. He works with you to get what you want and overall is a great person and salesperson. I would recommend checking out this dealership as their staff is exceptional. Overall great dealership and I would not have my new car without Joe. Thanks to Joe and all my props go to him.

Very over priced. No one ever answers or they give you the run around. My hubby purchased his car from here and NEVER received the license plates. He’s called multiple times and they just keep giving him the run around. It’s very upsetting. Now we have a car that doesn’t run + no license plates LOL. It would be nice for you guys to AT LEAST give him the license plates. Or figure out what the HECK happen to them and why he’s never received them. It’s been over a YEAR! Get it together. Run the business right instead of being shady. I only gave you 2 starts because at I’m not an A-HOLE.

Don't buy there. They sold me a defective car. Owner is crazy. Plays mental games. They do things so your warranty expires and they don't have to fix the car. Make you waste time until the warranty expires. Worst dealer ever. Rude and very bad cars.

Worst dealership, thanks to the manager Joe for making my first experience in buying a car out of the dealership a whole mess. He tried keeping my money that I put down for the s2k that they have/had while two other people who works in that company were admitting that I was suppose to receive my refund in a check. So much more to the story. Also, to anyone interested in that car, do your investigation first. It's most likely stolen, the car was wrecked and it's still considered a clean title. They don't know anything about the car. Sketchy dealership.

I don't recommend this car company, I bought a car from them and the registration paperwork had lots of issues because of them.
They not only made me drive to them from o
Orange County multiple times, one of the times I went in they didn't have the paperwork filled out and I still had to wait for them to get it done. Additionally, the car I bought from here was falsely advertised. They claimed it didnt have any issues, but within a month I started to get an oil leak and my rear wheels would wear out in less than 3 weeks due to bad camber arms and other similar parts, so I had to pay extra for that. Be careful with dealers, especially this one.
