End of 2023 I was looking for a boat, reached out got some numbers did some deals but ultimately I wasn’t ready. Months went by no harassment calls or emails. They had a deal on a bayliner I had eyed. Deal struck, this time I was ready. Only problem I work 6 days a week from 6am to most of the time 6-8pm. I was able to get of early on a Saturday, took a 4 hour drive to get the boat. Got there did the wet dock test. (total must, the captain they provide is very knowledgeable and helpful.) After that they promise to have me in and out which they did. 30 minutes and I was out. Thank you for the wonderful experience, thanks for the perfect boat for my family.

Again if you’re serious about buying a boat give them a shout, highly recommend them.

My wife and I purchased a 2022 Bayliner Element M17 from BMC Boats which ended up being an unexpected birthday present for her.

We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of assorted inventory given many dealers had very little inventory to offer.

Emily promptly greeted my wife and I with open arms. I am sure she wasn't expecting a sale since we were only out looking and researching prospects as we were not sure what style or brand of boat we were looking for.

Emily was a wonderfull sales person to lead us around the lot to look at their inventory. She was patient, answered all questions with honesty. Obtained the answers when she wasn't sure of the correct answer. Emily followed through with all promises and provided follow ups after the sale.

Beth in the finance department was another welcomed asset to BMC Boats. She too was a very patient and honest. We came into BMC boat with pre-approved financing, turns out that Beth was able obtain better financing options at almost half the rate we came in with. Her follow up was also exemplary.

Mark our boat captain on delivery day was also an expert on the boat ramp and on the water for our sea trial. Mark went to great lengths to go over the entire operation of the trailer backing and boat controls. Mark spent as much time as needed to answer all questions and provide demonstrations to all aspects of the boat.

We did have to take the boat in for some minor cosmetic repairs regarding a crack in the gel coat under the fish finder. In this regard Dani was our service representative. Dani went above and beyond to meet our expectations to complete repairs and allow pick up on our schedule.

Scott the General Sales Manager was also assisting at time of sales delivery, making sure everything was in order and in proper shape for delivery. Scott also provided perfect follow up after we got home and discovered we did not have the Mercury 90hp owners manual. Scott immediately located and mailed as promised.

Overall BMC Boat Team was respectful of our time, budget and everything else in between.

Highly recommend anyone's next boat purchase be at BMC Boats in Longwood, Fl..
