They sent me junk mail saying I won a car. I would never trust a dealership that sends out mail making you think you won a car, it’s unethical. Think of all people who don’t have much who get their hopes up on crap like this.

Mike A, Jason and everyone in there were so very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get me into a nice vehicle that would work for me, and also told me that taking care of me was not about just the sale part but the fact that they will take care of me after as well, and to me that means the world because when you have had a couple of bad experiences back to back it is good to know that you actually have salespeople and staff that care after the fact. Wonderful experience and I only wish I had went there sooner. Thank you all at Victory Ford for everything.

First of all to the person who complained about driving an hour and only winning $5, you are a fool. Its marketing/sweepstake and there is no guarantee that you will win anything and everybody has the equal chance to win. Plus if you had read the small print you would have seen that one of the prizes is $5. Second, I would say that this is deliberately misleading so shame on you Victory for doing that. Having said all that, I'm still going to go in the very small chance that I could win something other then $5 lol

They make the buying experience really easy. I only spent a half an hour total at the dealership for the test drive and vehicle pickup. The rest we were able to do over the phone, online, or through the mail. They gave me a great price for my trade in as well. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommend giving Victory Ford a look. I'm a very satisfied customer and love my new truck. Thank you Victory Ford!

Horrible service, was promised calls from Trudy and Jason, that never happened. I purchased a car, 3 days later was not satisfied with it. Contacted the sales manager via email twice and never received a response. Went into dealership and was treated poorly. Owner and sales manager Ricardo was very rude speaking to me, raised his voice when I brought up several points. He then left me in the office and went and worked with someone else, just left me sitting there. Had a friend who has a law degree to come in and help me. Ricardo immediately was defensive and refused to discuss the points that was brought to his attention. Jason, sales manager, then came in to speak with me and stated he would follow up the next day again, nothing.

Will NEVER work with this dealership again and will make sure that the folks in our town know of the poor service to hopefully keep others from feeling this way.
