I have never been to another car lot and had such a great experience. Brandon, Mike and Tandy are awesome!! We even had one of the salesmen play guitar and sing a song while we waited for bank approval. Everything was fun, efficient, and knowledgeable! No pressure!! Put my Granddaughter in safe SUV. SLEAZIEST car dealership and salesman I’ve ever encountered! Was supposed to replace tie rods on a truck my husband and I purchased from them, LIED TO us and said they did, but never did!
I highly recommend if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle to NOT go to Viles!! Steer clear of Gary Viles and Cody!

Had an okay experience. The interest rates are high so just be careful. Bring someone with you to check out the interior and exterior on that car. Had a lot of problems out of the car that had cost me thousands! I should’ve checked out the car better and brought someone knowledgeable about cars with me! Additionally, they are very nice and are willing to negotiate.

I was apprehensive with buying a vehicle in my present financial situation and was not ready for the experience I had at Viles Automotive Group. Gary Viles is a MAN who i grew to trust in my time spent there. He made me a promise and kept it. He was honest and transparent about the whole process and in the end I drove off in a vehicle I wanted and that fit into the parameters of my request. Tandy and Bobby worked diligently for an outcome that was best for me and Viles. I would be hard pressed to say that there is another dealership that respects your wishes, that honors their word and who goes that extra mile to give you what you ask for. These are some AMAZING people that go above and beyond the scope of their job! My daughter bought her 1st real car her on Tuesday 7/16/2024 the salesman & finance mgr really went above & beyond what they had too, to see that my daughter got what she wanted & could afford. I'm beyond impressed with these guys! If your looking for a good dependable used car go here first! You won't be disappointed a lot to choose from very reasonable. Thanks Viles Automotive!!!

Let's just start out we heard great things about viles and referred their by a friend. My husband got approved for a car and so we went ahead and did the deal. Little did we know we ended up with a vehicle that ya can't even drive on the highway. #1. The evening we bought it it acted up not even 2 hours afterwards on our way home. Jason and Ron were very polite and courteous in helping my husband get a vehicle. Thanks. We called them and told them what it was doing and we ended up bringing it back to be fixed. They had it for 2 weeks. We picked it up a Friday evening and if ya wouldn't guess it did it again on the way home. The next day we took it back. They gave us a loaner which helped with both of us working separate shifts. They had the car 2.5 months. So we thought cool their gonna find out what's wrong with it. But we're lied to over and over by the service department manager that it was in on the lift. B.S. every time we came to get a new temp tag for the loaner we took a picture of our car that sat in the same spot for almost 2 months. We ended up going and talking to Owner and he said he would get to the bottom of it. We'll needless to say when my husband tried calling he would never answer then my hisbands number got blocked by him. Very very piss poor overall. Well we've had the car back since end of July and still can't even drive it on the highway and now it won't even go forward as my husband was trying to get home from work. Dishonest and cheats saying he can't put us in another vehicle it was too soon. So we called the place where we financed it through and they gave us an option to trade out of a car we can't barely drive. Sad. Very Sad. If ya do go here talk to Tandy, Jason or Ron. But take the car for a long drive including the interstate cuz we've made every payment and got screwed. Didn't even get receipts and got the car back a mess on the inside. Sad thing is we were gonna try and buy another their but after this we will go elsewhere. Atleast the finance place sent and gave us the option to trade and pay the difference on a different vehicle.

I am beyond greatful for everyone there! Bobby was able to help make things happen and get me back on the road when no other mechanics could find the issue for my vehicle from another state they did!! I cant thank them enough for showing the kindness and willingness to help me no matter what direction i needed to go!! I will always be greatful for them and Definitely recommend this place!
