Top of the line service. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with VIN auto. Bob was the salesman that I dealt directly with. I also had a chance to work out my deal with Jackie. Their customer service is phenomenal. Bob made sure my car was absolutely perfect (for a used car) before I picked it up. The service technician who worked on getting my car ready was also very personable and top calibre. I would recommend VIN auto to anyone looking for a vehicle. I was shopping for a new car. I went to many dealerships and did my homework. I found, for the most part, the experiences felt less than authentic with all the ‘add on’ costs and omissions of info. That was my experience. From the time I called and then went to VIN, I felt that I was dealing in a collaborative way. The people there made me feel great about my purchase.
