VP Auto Sales will most definitely get you back on your feet if you're in need of a vehicle my original vehicle was a "Toyota Avalon 02" it started giving me all kinds of issues engine started knocking come to find out there was oil in one of my cylinders which caused my engine to knock and or misfire and i was told that my engine needed to be replaced and it would've cost 3Gs to get it fixed. Long story short without reviewing VP Auto Sales first i traded in my "Toyota Avalon 02" for a "Toyota Corolla 09" me personally i know nothing about cars yet alone i don't know the ropes of doing a trade-in. Upon doing business with VP Motors they needed a bank statement soon as Fernando got a glimpse of how much i was making at my previous job that's all it took so i proceeded with doing business with them. I tend to sign documents without reading the fine print first so i signed the documents because i was so ready to get home then "VP Auto Sales" was getting ready to close left my phone in one of the other vehicles by mistake i answered the phone when i found it then hung up somehow i got a voice-mail and one of the men that let me get the phone was talking shit behind my back calling me a stupid idiot for leaving my phone but i let that go so i proceeded to drive off the lot with the car i traded in was doing good with maintaining the payments and car notes and insurance lost my job but eventually found something so i can continue making payments lost another job which caused me to become at least a month and a half behind so i started reaching out to VPHelp to tell them what i was going through they understood but they only suggested that i reach out to sources to get cash or consider me voluntarily turning in the vehicle myself after a few weeks of finally finding a job I got hired 8/12/22 the next day on 8/13/22 came outside and the vehicle with a few belongings i had in it was gone they repossessed the car as soon as I found a job I was getting ready to call them to tell them the good news but the car had already been taken i will be reaching out to VP AutoSales 8/15/22 to retrieve my property from the vehicle and I will also try to work out a deal with the dealer hopefully they'll let me get the car back so i can make it to my new job so I can get back on track with the payments I owe on the car if i can't get the car back I'll just collect my items hand over the keys and just walk away and VP Auto will get over on you if you're not careful used my original car as a down-payment plus I threw in $600 but the amount they wanted for the 09 was 15K "insurance" $260 car note at least $300 bi-weekly when it should've been monthly they will most definitely drain you. If we can come up with a solution cool if not i'm done and in the near future if not sooner i'll be taking this issue to the courts my experience with VP motors was good but bad at the same time. I'LL BE CONTACTING VP MOTORS 8/15/22!!!!!!!!!!!!! Items also went missing when i went to collect my belongings from the vehicle. Though it was VP's property it was still illegal to touch my belongings i'll be heading to the court house to file a complaint against that as well i didn't forget. Lawsuit Coming!!!

Jessica and I have been in contact since September doing the cat & mouse because I felt as I was going to be disappointed. I've been denied other places with my credit situation so I felt it would be the same but it wasn't. I got approved before coming out and a had a great experience and now I'm rolling in my new vehicle TY for not giving me false hope and a opportunity to start over again!!!!

Went to a few places that either didn't approve of me even though they say you don't need credit (lies) or cars was not worth it. Well I waited and found something I liked at a nice price and low miles, 2nd owner. They took care of everything over the phone, and even sent me a uber to pick me up. They worked with me and got a decent interest rate and monthly payment. Definitely would recommend

A truly fantastic experience, the staff is very professional. I was fascinated with the staffs patience and how I never felt rushed. Rocky (rocky.alejo@vpautosales) truly cared about putting me in a vehicle that matched my needs. I did not feel like a number. I felt valued as a customer. Thank you, Rocky!!

UPDATE***
I urge you to read the BBB reviews for this company. BBB reviews are unbiased, as they can not be purchased by the company. VP Auto Sales encourages their customers to write positive reviews on various outlets in exchange for money off of your payment!!!

They are crooked people that only care about putting money in their own pocket! As you can see by my previous review, I had a long standing relationship with them! Whatever you do SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!

I am on car purchase number 2 with these guys! THEY ARE GREAT!!
With my second purchase they looked for the exact make and model that I wanted.
The first car I bought only needed repair twice in the 2 and a half years I had it. They were so easy to work with during the repair even when I need another shop to fix it out of town! Gloria is so helpful, she really goes above and beyond to help every person.
I have very little stress during the car buying process, and even less stress knowing that if something happens they have got my back!
You wont be disappointed if you buy from them!

VP Auto Sales is too Legit...
.
A friend/coworker had been raving about this lot she and her husband had bought many cars from VP in the past and they were good friends with some employees and managers. I never went I leased two card from other lots that BROKE DOWN on me with in 2 months of my purchase. So After moving into a new apartment I told myself I needed a BETTER car and something nice that I want to drive not what the lot has that I can afford. It took two days of shopping around with friends before I remembered VP Auto Sales and gave them a call. The sales rep told me to come on and that regardless my situation he'd get me driving in the car of my choice. he asked me questions hat was important to me and my purchase. "What type of vehicles do you like? What are you looking for? What deposit are you working with and other things that would help make my visit quick and painless." I got there at 10 and left at 1 due to I went on a nice test drive and I fell in love with the car.

a 2008 Chevy Malibu which I love. I've had it for about almost three months now. besides needing new rotors and a bad tire and faulty exhaust pipe the car is good I plan to pay it off in two years and repair my credit with auto payments they call the day before they pull the payment which I like.

Thanks VP Auto. W. Rivers

Horrible place. Bought a car two years ago and paid it off way early. Got a 2006 Sonata and it was barley ok it had engine light and ac stopped working immediately. Decent customers are not appreciated here. Took another chance because the Sonata always ran good regardless. I bought a 2009 town car and was also looking at another car so I wasn’t sure about insurance and my insurance place is closed on Sunday so I opted for the dealer insurance. I immediately got the town car on my insurance policy but they repeatedly charge my card. They have stool around $200+ as of now. For someone that didn’t need a car (I own two already) this place is bad I can tell they are use to abusing people in need. They refused to work with me on this small amount and they repeatedly take the money I had to hold the account and also was unable to pay my car payment until they resolved the matter and they refused to. I spoke with Annabel many times with not only zero help and a professional at undermining people on the phone.
