Store was well stocked and clean. Had a Dunkin Donuts inside as well. They had a great price on DEF for my Duramax. Practically giving it away compared to most places that sell it. Very good experience.

These new doors on the cooler sections are super nice. Soft close. I had to take a picture because one of the door handles is not aligned with the others and looks funny. I hope the doors last, cause they look expensive.

4 years of ordering and I have absolutely had it with the ignorant customer service provided when something goes wrong.
No one can give the help needed to rectify a problem. It doesn't matter what walmart it is, the outcome is always the same.
Repeating the same sentence and not ever providing a solution.
"We thank you for being a gold member"
Right! Ha what an absolute joke.
I am done with walmart forever.
There's nothing worse then continuing to support a company you despise...
I have felt this way for many years the worst company ever!
I wish losing my business would actually impact them but I know they will not even notice, that is exactly why they have horrible customers service.

If I could give this store a lower score . . .Like a negative score, I would. Absolutely unprofessional and exceptionally rude. I went to pick up an online order of groceries. The employee came out and loaded the stuff in the back of my car. So far, so good. As I was leaving I noticed that my Extra-Large Marketside Supreme Pizza was missing. I stopped, checked my app, it wasn't deleted or "not-in stock". I then turned around and headed back to the puck-up parking area.
I stepped out of my car and asked an employee in the lot if I could find a manager in "there" (gesturing to the doors where they emerge to pull the carts to cars. She said "Yes" and nothing else. When I got to the doors, they were not opening for me, which wasn't unexpected but a woman came out and I told her that the pizza was missing. She asked for the name and parking spot I had been in. I provided that info. and she walked back in.
Just after that some guy with an obvious attitude came out and rattled something incoherent. When I said I couldn't understand him he just pointed to the parking lot and said 'You can't be here!'. To which I replied "Sure, as soon as I get my pizza I'll be happy to leave". He just repeated "You can't be here!". At this point I let him know what I thought of him. It wasn't pleasant. Then I asked for his name. He hid his name badge, when I asked twice again, he threatened to call the police. Wow! Complaining about horrendous service gets the cops called. That's rich!
I then marched myself to customer service with my bad heart, shouldn’t be in the heat. When I arrived there I was nearly having a medical emergency. The poor girl behind the counter had to get my nitroglycerin and open it . . .She looked terrified, but the customer service I received from her another, older, woman and a young man. All falling over backwards to help. Naturally, they were interested in what had happened. When I explained, and they were able to ascertain the name of the individual who was so rude and threatening there wasn’t a surprised face among them. Nothing was said . . .It didn’t have to be.
That brings us to today. I called to make sure that I can transfer all of my prescriptions to another store. The employee was very nice and helpful. I gave her a brief on the event and she was eager to get me to a higher lever manager do discuss the situation. She then advised that the manager would be busy until after 3:00. That time comes and start calling. Repeatedly. Either no one answers or I got hung up on.
So, someone named “Noel” is the manager who threatened me with police for complaining about a missing product. Also, “Stacy or Tracey” is the more senior manager who won’t answer a phone call.

Great work, team. Now, pat yourselves on the back and badmouth me all you want to justify your atrocious customer service. Despicable!

They need to get more cashiers and stop automatically assuming people steal. I go there all the time and know most of the workers. Some lady working there runs up to my self checkout screen and asks me what's going on and starts grabbing my bags and going through them and reading the screen. I was so embarrassed. I wasn't finished ringing..I ALWAYS recheck my receipt in case I forget to ring something....I wasn't done and the lady is gonna grab my stuff and start ringing it without my permission bc I didn't even know how much it was. That's humiliating...I won't be back to any Walmart...that's how loyal customers get treated.

Tried to return an item box was opened but box was still in good shape and item inside was not used. Patricia from customer service would not do the return even though I had my proof of purchase with me. This is the first time a Walmart has ever denied my return with open box and proof of purchase. She told me to go to the store I bought the items at. So she is ok with me going to the Walmart I bought the stuff at and do the return but not hers. All she's doing is wasting my time

I walked up to a #walmart associate to ask a question and she ignored me 100% I was even standing next to her and she completely ignored me even when I was polite and she had no headphones and I spoke multiple times politely... SMH I tried, but she deserved being told to go screw herself... same for #Walmart you created that environment, that's why I prefer #Amazon..... shameful experience. I don't even like leaving comments

I would like to compliment a particularly helpful gentleman in the Auto Service department. He was a blonde guy with long hair and a beard and was working in the bays. I was in a stressful situation, with a huge nail in my tire that was causing a fast leak. I stopped by the auto bay unannounced, without an appointment, to ask what I should do about this tire. The service guys could easily have ignored me, told me to make an appointment, or sent me to the customer service desk. However, this gentleman stopped what he was doing to help me with my problem.

While I was deciding whether or not to have a tire put on at Walmart or one of the other tire stores in the area, he took the time to help me understand what kind of tire I had, offered advice on which one he'd recommend, and gave me a print out of pricing options at Walmart which made the options easy to understand. Due to the very long wait for service at Walmart that day (many people ahead of me with post-hurricane auto repairs, making it 5+ hours to get a tire put on), I decided to get a tire elsewhere. However, I appreciated the help enough to write a review, and Walmart should know that this man deserves a raise.
