I paid for the full service (includes Exterior Wash, Interior vacuum, Interior windows, Dashboard and console wipedown, Spot Free Rinse and Thorough hand dry according to website) and added on washing my floor mats. The car didn’t look like it had been vacuumed since there was still hair everywhere. I get the very back area looking like that since I have a dog but the windows were still dirty and the dashboard didn’t look touched. The floor mats also still had dirt on them. I rated 2 stars because the people were really nice and had good customer service skills. I’ve attached pictures. Maybe my expectations were too high but I thought for $30 it would be sparkly clean like they advertise. This was my first time paying for this and will definitely be my last 🙁

Super friendly staff with great customer service! I had a car rental that way given to me in poor condition with a strange smell. They did a thorough cleaning of the car and checked to make sure i was satisfied!

I have been coming here for years, but yesterday I was astounded by the rise in prices and limitation of services. Cost me $45 plus tip, for what was the same services at $30 just last year (exterior car wash, interior vacuum and wipe down, tires/wheels). Unfortunately, I can't justify driving 8 miles one way to the Watson Road location and pay that much. Their procedures have changed, with their new exterior washing equipment. On a hot day, one doesn't relish being told to stay on your car while the washing equipment is operating. Not to mention, you have to pay beforehand, making a patron feel like they can't be trusted. This is odd because they have your car as collateral! Lastly, every time I've had my car done here, the windows are always smudged...ALWAYS, and they don't know how to roll down the windows in order to clean the edges of the windows too. You'd think they could at least get that right given the higher cost. I woll find another car wash elsewhere.

UPDATE: the manager, Mr. Morrison, reached out to me because of the bad review below. He was very apologetic, will speak and try to train the employee to do a better job on future vehicles. He also rewashed and towel dried my car and gave me two complimentary coupons that don’t expire. I do thank him for caring!
Original: If you look at my google reviews I don’t leave one stars or bad ones. But I have to for the Shrewsbury Waterways. I told the young man taking my money in the beginning I needed the door jams, crevices etc cleaned since I had been on vacation, with dirt and sand. Oh no problem, the $45 package will take care of this. I haven’t been there since they redone the place, Now you ride in the car going through the exterior wash, no big deal there. So then I told the man (not a kid) after the wash that I needed the door jams, crevices cleaned. Again oh no problem. In watching them, there is not much effort and no ‘elbow grease’ so to speak of used. I was horrified when I went to inspect my car. One wheel out of 4 was cleaned; The driver side mat was cleaned but not the passinger side. There was still mud on the upper right side of the driver’s seat. No door jam, crevices of the rubber gaskets, around the inside of the back SUV door was cleaned. I pointed this out and he started cleaning these spots but not well so I got a rag and started going behind him myself. I didn’t even insist that eh other 3 wheels or mats were clean, was not worth it. I will not go back and by the way Club Car Wash does a better job of washing the exterior.

Don’t do the $20, drive thru, outside only wash, with the auto/machine generated wheel cleaner & tire shining. I purchased this $20 wash & the auto spray tire shine left an oil residue all over my *clean* wheels. I could’ve saved myself 8-10$ at a drive through wash at the gas station & come out of it with cleaner wheels. I spent $20 here to leave with dirtier wheels than what I went in with.You can see the actual spray marks in the residue on the tire & wheel in the photo.

I paid for full service I have a Third row vehicle and it look like it haven’t even been touched trash was everywhere and the guy came over to me and asked me was everything OK? I’m like no, but I got it because at this point I was mad paying all this money for poor service. I will never return again, I feel like they could have gave me my money back

To say there are excellent Car Wash is an understatement never have I ever walked into a car wash with such completeness with everything you need from your own air freshener to the wipes and things you need to clean out the inside and that's just the tip of the iceberg

when you take your car up there they will roll it through the wash for you and make sure it's completely detailed inside and out after it's ran through the washer and they do a top notch job of every detail to get your car washed here it's worth the drive. Definitely stop by car Waterway Carwash
