I did all of the negotiation via text. It was so quick and easy process. There were no hidden fees. It was all honest and bottom line. There was no pressure and they were quick when I went in to sign and pick up my car. I highly recommend. This is my 2nd car from this dealership and Bell is the best salesman.

Your driver was amazing! The car was shiny clean and had a big blue bow on top! I also had my trade-in full of gas and clean. The process went seamlessly! He kept in touch with my friend and was able to deliver before Christmas ?

I have had the worst experience at this location. I will not go again. I've gone to get my oil changed there and they did not screw the cap on completely and I was leaking oil. Another time, they did not replace my tire key lock so when I was getting tires replaced at another location in DALLAS the lock was not there.....had to drive back to Waxahachie then back to DALLAS. I've been avoiding this place but went back just before Thanksgiving to get oil changed and now my engine oil light is on. I would NOT get your vehicle serviced here. It's not worth the trouble. Only put 1 star because Google requires. I would give 0

Our Nissan Leaf had a cracked wheel bearing at only 13k miles ?, plus an open recall. We brought it in because the noise was LOUD . Despite a winter storm dumping snow all over Texas ❄️⛄, the team at Waxahachie Nissan worked diligently to fix everything, including the recall, all over the weekend!

They kept us in the loop the entire time ?, and their service was top-notch from start to finish! ?✨ Thank you for going above and beyond for us—y’all are the best! We’ll definitely be back for any future needs! ?
