El lugar no tiene nada malo en sí pero acabo de toparme con “supervisor “ de nombre MAIKEL que me maltrató a mi hijo de 4 años diciéndome que si no lo cargaba tenía que salir de la gasolinera ( yo tenía las manos llenas de productos que iba a comprar) el niño estaba inquieto pero no había tocado ni roto nada creo que ese señor no está listo para su cargo ni para trabajar con público mañana voy a hablar directamente con su gerente

Probably the worst management I’ve ever dealt with we pay 5.34$ for a car wash charged my card at the point of sale at the car wash the machine told us to enter and it did nothing went inside to speak with the manager all we wanted to do is get a car wash this was Sunday 13 of December at 4:00pm the manager on duty started yelling at me say what do you mean your crazy it’s never given us problems but I told her we entered at back a forth to see if it would work but nothing she proceeded to yell in front of customers that she can’t do nothing that it’s not her problem really the whole situation was disgusting i just left very disappointed that over 5 dollars the disrespect that was shown. I’ll never go back to this gas station.

Car wash is always stealing your money. Let me explain the machine has low quality in materials before I could at least say it would use all the hoses now it barely spills water onto my car. Every time I wash my car here the car is left wet the drier doesn't finish the job so everytime I have to finish it for the machine so what am I paying for? The customer service is good though and it is the fault of who is managing this machine who isn't making it effective for the cars that use it

The worst gas station !! The two women who work Night Shift august 27 ,2022 time frame 1:42 A.M harassing customers and following them around the store .. made me feel very uncomfortable.. when I walked to the register I had question the women on her action and she was very rude about it … DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR .., couldn’t even buy a protein bar and ice tea in peace … these two women are unlawful in their action!! And should be terminated immediately!! I have been coming to this gas station for three years and .. they have completely have lost me as a customer ! I will no longer go there …. I will definitely be making a complaint to the dade county … discrimination will not be tolerated in this community… the women was named prey and the other lady didn’t have a name tag …

Cheap touchless (skipping spots too - usual result of a rush-programming though in FL) car-wash... at which I got this receipt last Friday.

Scam. They have carwash signs everywhere advertising 2.99 but the cheapest they will sell is 4.99. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Como todo en Hialeah es una trampa.
