EASY, clean and fast. We were visiting family in West Palm Beach and had to go to Orlando to visit more people. This was an easy option to stay off the roads. The drop off at PBI station was easy as its a smaller station. The staff was friendly and very helpful showing us where we need to be/stand/board etc. They make clear announcements of when you should board your specific train. We had two carry on bags which we could slide on top of the shelves above our seats. It was very much like an airplane, numbered seating, bathroom and service. The boarding process is very quick and they do no wait so be there early/on time.
When we arrived at Orlando, the station was much bigger and had to read the signs to exit at the right door but again there was someone who saw us and guided us. Or just ask someone and they will show you.
(The only negative was the food inside the train terminal was very limited and expensive. I bought a $14 dry sandwich while we waited for the train to arrive. There were way more options inside the train itself. Or better yet bring your own food/drink on board. I included photos of the train menu). Other than the limited options of food inside the terminal, it was an easy and smoothe experience for traveling. Also, the views are great!

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the train and stations, but not how expensive everything other than the ticket was. I think the staff at West Palm Beach should be replaced; they are dismissive and somewhat rude. No-one smiled, greeted you, or happy to explain how the process worked. The Miami experience was much better!

I would NOT suggest taking Brightline. At least not from West Palm Beach to Miami and back. I have taking Brightline several times and almost everytime there is a delay or an accident or some issue which causes delays. If you are flying out of Fort Lauderdale or Miami airport and you need to be there by a certain time. Do Not take Brightline you will be late or completely miss your flight. Then to make matters worse Brightline has no customer support that you can talk to. So hope you enjoy going around in circles trying to resolve your issues or getting help. Then they do not give refunds, so if you miss your flight or are extremely late due to an accident on the train oh well too bad your just out. Brightline will not give or do anything to help. Overall I would not recommend Brightline unless you have lots of time and are not trying to be somewhere by a certain time. If you are a tourist and just out to sightsee then Brightline is a good clean safe option. I hope this is able to help someone out.

I don't know if I want to give 2 or 3 stars. The train is nice and clean, the station is as well. Other than that- I've spent money on trains that have been canceled at the very last minute right before boarding. I've been late to the airports and if it wasn't for my flight being delayed, I would have missed my recent flight. This issue here is that Brightline doesn't give ANY notice. I had no emails, texts or anything about this. I didn't know until I was there. I was offered a later train if seats were available. If trains are going to be cancelled, notice needs to given in a sufficient amount of time for others to make a new plan to get to their destinations whether it be work, the airport, a concert or home. A sufficient amount of time means an hour or more.

Die Fahrt mit Brightline war wirklich toll: sauberst, pünktlich und freundlich. So etwas ist man in Europa nicht gewohnt. Bin von WPB nach MIA gefahren, sehr entspannend. Ticket vorher im Internet gekauft und Voucher für UBER bekommen um komfortabel zum Bahnhof zu kommen.
