This review is specifically for the express train to miami and back to west Palm provided during weekdays. AMAZING! Super punctual and the operators are always very nice. Wish we could replicate this service in all public transport!

As an airline employee, this was a nice alternative to getting to Miami. We flew into PBI but sadly found out the shuttle to the tracks (station) was not running. We had to take a Lyft for $12. Once we arrived we were able to use our credit card to purchase paper tickets from the kiosk. $5 flat rate on the weekend. There are luggage racks on the train. A/C was nice. We took the Southbound train on Track 1. About a 2 hour trip. Train also goes by FLL.

Absolutely mediocre service. Two years using it; late 80% of the time,15% cancelled trips and 5% on time. Today, tired after 8 hours of work I had to wait an hour because trains P641 and P645 were cancelled consecutively. TRULLY A DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. I opened the app to submit a complaint and the app did not work either. That’s the perfect example of how Americans are becoming more and more incompetent. Other developed countries can like Japan can handle 1 million passages a day because of their great leadership. Tri rail can’t even handle morning commute times. The trains are super filthy on the outside and on the inside the smell of excrement and urine is unbearable. COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR PEOPLES WORK SCHEDULED TRULLY A DISGRACE. MEDIOCRE JOB FROM 2024 MANAGEMENT TEAM. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Poor service making me wait around to get my refund and told would take an hour or more . It took less than 60 seconds to take my money .Take Trirail it much better.

You are all uneducated rude ignorant Uncultured swine i called 3 days in a row to get something got passed around like the girl i just talked to does by all bfs for all of them not to know how to do there jobs but all the people i talked to are apparently assigned to there jobs bro hire people that know what there doing and fix your online application process for the disability cause it keeps malfuntioning and i do not have the time to stop in just and stop at a kiosk cause there not Certified for the job AT ALL ur staff are very rude and cause they dont know what there doing non the less is a pretty poor reason

The station is OK, clean and efficient. The one star is for the train conductors and the regulations about noise. It is 2am and whoever has a train parked at the station with the engine running at full, just had the brilliant idea to sound the horn at the loudest possible volume during enough time to wake the whole neighborhood up. It is not the first time, and it should be banned. Does this person think that because they are working, everyone else should be awake? Do they not realize at this station that other people have to get up early and need to sleep at night? Why in the world would someone blow their horn in the middle of the night while parked at a city station? Please, whoever is in charge, do something to stop this madness.

Arrived15 minutes early because they only open at 12:30 and I wanted to be first. I was, but the attendant took information from everyone in line and THEN, started to process everything. Six people. . Its been 30 mins and still waiting. It was for a senior discount ticket
Not a fair process at all. Should be first come, first served. He was very rude.
Young man around 25.
I would have done it in Miami but the attendant there was off for the whole week and they had no one replacing them. Poor service all around.
