Before I drove off the lot with my car they told me to write a review and of course I gave them 5 stars but here is the reality .
When I desperately needed a car I ended up buying a car through them. Within a few days / weeks of having my car it instantly died on me on the freeway with my 1 year old in the car . I called Jess then Jess transferred me to Ryan I’m guessing the owner and we got no where. I ended up going out my way to replace the problem which ended up being almost 800$ . And still decided to keep paying for my car. After that situation I realized that I made a horrible decision purchasing a car from them but still ended up being a loyal customer paid my car note on time & ahead of time and always kept them in the loop when it came down to sending my car payments early. I recently contacted them and told them I will no longer keep paying for a car that’s been giving me problems a few days after driving off the lot and that they could pick the car up mind you it was problem after problem. I owed about 3,000$ & Jess told me that she would get the mechanic to look at my car since I was almost done paying the car off . Well I kept getting the run around about how the mechanics kept quitting and every mechanic said it was something different. At first she told me that one of the mechanics was able to start my car and that they are waiting for the part. Got a call a few days later and told me the mechanic ended up quitting and they hired a younger guy and he said it was a timing belt and I needed a new motor . She then proceeded to say ‘ you know even if you don’t end up fixing or paying your car off all there going to do is fix it and sell it to somebody else & it will become somebody else’s problem ‘
Don’t get me wrong I know at the end of the day Jess is doing her job & has to play a role when it comes down to situations like this. But once I started putting the pieces together I realized in the end they ended up making a profit out of my situation and I ended up loosing in the end.
I’ve had a family friend purchase a car from them as well and he ended up having the same problem. If you purchase a car from them id just make sure you take a mechanic and get the car looked at throughly so you don’t end up getting played in the end.
