Fantastic service, car had to have exhaust fixed asap to enable me to get to work. The staff are amazing, fixed same day as they looked at it, (everywhere else said next Tuesday or Thursday), definitely recommend this company for all car repairs. Excellent price too. I came across this garage as I saw an add for a car they were selling on eBay, the service was amazing and everyone was so nice and just genuine, it was my first car and they were so patient and accommodating, they wanted to make sure that my first car was in fact a good one and made sure to make buying one a positive and good experience. They kindly offered to fix everything and make sure the car was all checked out and ready to go before I even came at no extra cost which was so helpful and lovely . Overall this garage was brilliant and I had a lovely and positive experience with them would definitely recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

After a breakdown on Monday morning within the area i decided to choose this garage to repair my car as this was the furthest my breakdown would recover me to within their radius. When it was dropped off i was advised that it “could” be the starter motor and that they would replace it and let me know. After hearing nothing until the Wednesday i decided to go into the garage. I was advised by Andrew that they had tried a new starter and it’s not that. He said “We still don’t know what the issue is, if we are not able to identify it by the end of the week then we will only charge you £60 for labour. 1 hour after i had left the garage i received a call from Mia who also works at the garage. “She advised me that they were told by the owner of the garage not to proceed with work on my car and that they would be charging me £380 labour. I expressed how unhappy i was and asked why only 1 hour ago i was told “i would only be charged £60 for labour” she replied to me “he shouldn’t have said that”. I asked for a phone call from the owner, over 24hr had passed and no phone call so i decided to call him myself. He said “The hours we have spent on your car needs to be paid for, just call it a few hundred and that will cover it”. I now had to arrange a recovery vehicle to pick my car up & i still don’t know what the issue is with it. Upon picking the car up, my car had dirt marks (as pictured) and dirty fingerprints all over it, they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Its great to hear that you accept honest feedback because you don’t really have any other option. “Fitting parts that weren’t required” if you were competent in finding the fault with my vehicle then you would know what needs replaced. Its strange that you’re not saying anything about one of your workers quoting me £60 then an hour later it jumps to £380? You mention that you are “diligent”, you are far from it. It seems going by the reply text message you sent me, you have a bit of an attitude problem. Certainly not the way to speak to anyone or run a business. Bad management, complete joke of a garage.

Phoned on Monday 30th. My brake light was coming on brakes were needing replaced. Alan got me in right away. What a pleasure i was. Job done really quickly. And pointed out another problem to very friendly and first class service I will be using them again. Did what he said and on second last day year which I am sure he was busy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Contacted Alan for a car service when another Company didn’t arrive at the arranged time to pick my car up. All it takes is a phone call when you are 2 hrs late, to keep customers informed. Alan was super helpful and efficient. He arranged for my car to be picked up at 9.30 and was on time. Car was returned at 3pm. That’s what I call good service and CARS will now have my business for servicing, repairs and MOT in the future. Thank you guys
