Just bought a used car from Grierson & Graham and was very happy with the result. The whole process was very relaxed and the salesman (Callum) done everything asked and a bit extra. I would definitely use this garage again without hesitation.
Customer care is lacking in a lot of garages but not here.
I will be letting these guys do the service and MOT on my car from now on also.

Many thanks to the garage manager (I didn't catch his name). We are on holiday and had a problem with our old Honda civic's alarm. We dropped in while passing through Dumfries and even though they were booked out he had a quick look and made a temporary fix

Having not changed cars in 10 years it was a bit daunting walking into the dealership after seeing the car we liked online. Mitchell from G&G looked after us from start to finish, no pressure sales, fair negotiation and the aftercare exceeded expectations. Highly recommend them.
