Cant fault this garage or the staff. The booking in process was straightforward and the work carried out on time and to a high standard. Special mention to Rose, very professional and always with a smile. She helped me with some warranty issues I had with my car. In this day and age lts nice to see people going out of they're way to help resolve a problem.

Very few words can describe my recent visit to this fine establishment. Right from the word go the service provide was something I have never experienced from any other dumfries dealership. The building its self is simply inviting. Greeted by the fantastic staff who made you feel right at home with there welcoming and charming personality. With my original purchase Kenny was outstanding. No need to worry about the finer details this chap had it covered. Then onto the aftercare. With regular up dates from Karen on the service desk who was always well spoken and a delight to speak to on the phone. Rose always went above and beyond her role to make sure you were satisfied with the care you received. Credit where credit is due I will most definitely be returning as a regular custome to this franchise.
