Smooth sales process and fantastic after sales support. I live not far from London and purchsed online a Volvo XC60 from this location. Throughout the sales process Graham Magee was very professional and transparent, the car was delivered to Heathrow in time and matched the description. After I drove the vehicle over the weekend I noticed a few issues that can only be identified if you drive the car for a few good miles (as far as I know no dealer does this as part of their Pre Delivery Inspection). I raised the questions with Arnold Clark straight away and I was amazed how quickly they responded and booked me in with a local garage to start the investigations. It was a bit of a journey but I received an amazing after sales support throughout. Grant Williamson was very polite, professional, reasonable and made sure we get to the bottom of everything. From the point of sale till the last fix was completed I felt in good hands and this branch earned my full respect! Have already recommended to friends and family!
