I recently purchased a beautiful Jaguar F-Type from Autodynamics located in Houston, TX. It started with my inquiry from their listing on CarFax. I quickly received a response from Leesa who was a pleasure to deal with regarding the vehicle. She responded timely to my inquiries and never lost her humor and patience, as I am a glass half empty person when purchasing a used vehicle. As the deal got closer, Leesa took some personal time off, and I was now dealing with Sanjay Varma. I believe Sanjay is the owner or principal of the business although his business card has no business title. I booked a flight and flew to the business location in Houston to physically see the car before making payment. I know myself and was smart enough to bring one check and it was fully written out with the agreed upon purchase price. If a I had blank check. I am sure I would have left with title to more than one car. What a selection of beautiful automobiles at Autodynamics! I am sure this Jaguar was one of the least expensive vehicles surrounded by a Bentley, Ferrari, Aston Martin and many other higher end automobiles. Sanjay had the Jaguar brought out of the warehouse for my inspection and test drive. He told me go do what you need to do and come back to his office, and we can sit down to finalize the purchase. No pressure, no hand holding and that was refreshing. When I was through, I went up to his office and we chatted for a bit. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to although his phone rarely stopped ringing. His attention did not waiver from myself and that is what I find to be a valuable trait in business. I was his primary focus. There were several other customers walking around looking at much higher valued vehicles and that didn’t seem to matter at all. So, folks my overall take with Sanjay and this business “All Customers Matter”. Lastly, his follow-up via phone calls or emails were timely. Thank you, Leesa and Sanjay, I’ll keep saving for my next purchase!

They arranged for delivery of the vehicle to my house, and while the transport company had some issues, Sanjay made sure everything worked out. My wife loves the car! I certainly will not hesitate to do business with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for high end autos.
