Took me three visits to get a tire replaced. When I got the car back, the rim was all scratched up.

Edit: Adam (service advisor) called me back after I left a complaint and completely took care of this for me (repaired the rim) and gave me a free detail on top of it. He’s the best service advisor I’ve had there and I hope he will stay longer than a few months (there’s very high turnover here). It was unexpected and appreciated and made up for the issues I had during this last visit. From 1-star service to 4-star.

I really appreciated the customer service thorough the whole process. No one at the AutoNation was being pushy which had been an intimidating factor in previous dealerships.

Another important thing to mention is that Mr.Lamichhane and his team made sure I was aware of the warranties, oil changes and all the fine printed details including how to use the Toyota App before leaving the parking lot.
