I recently visited Renault Peebles to purchase a new car. From the moment I walked in, Gavin was warm, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. I was looking for my very first car (I was absolutely clueless) but Gavin really took his time in explaining my options and made sure he understood what my needs and preferences were.
Gavin was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and took the time to explain all the features and benefits of each model. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision (this happened a lot in my journey of buying my first car at other retailers), and he answered all my questions thoughtfully and clearly. The process was smooth and I really appreciated how transparent Gavin was about pricing and financing options. Gavin also ensured that he remained within my budget and even when I thought of going over it he reminded me that I chose the budget for a reason - this is an exceptional skill for a salesman and highlighted that Gavin was focused more on client needs than making more money.
In the end, I was able to purchase a Renault Clio e-tech Hybrid that I’m very happy with and felt confident in my decision. I would highly recommend Gavin to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgable, and no-pressure car buying experience.
