This dealer does have a greater selection however the quality of the vehicle is not up to what is shared. The vehicle I purchased was not cleaned or up to expectations of a show room. The sales rep and manager convinced me of taking care of it. I left the vehicle there for deep cleaning treatment as it had a cigar smell. When I picked it up there were no issues. The next day the smell came back and I took it back this time the car was held for 3 days to make sure they took care of it properly I was told.
I picked up the car with half a tank of gas and they said they couldn't do anything about that. I went on vacation and upon return the car (having sat for 2 weeks) reeked. I went back again and this time a manager by the name of Jose basically said I owned it now and because I didn't finance with the dealership was not responsible.
So yes, very bad experience they promised the sun and the moon and sell their inventory based on all greatness of the services they provide but unfortunately not true.

Recently showed up to the pre-owned Nissan office to participate in their prize contest that they mailed out to me. Everything was incredibly misleading from the beginning. According to the handout, it appeared I was a winner and the information said it was “guaranteed.” However when I show up the dealership, not only did they waste my time by walking around the lot for a car that wasn’t even there (the sales guy showed me
pictures of it on his phone when we couldn’t find it) but then I had to compare the prize numbers to a different prize board which then said I won a $5 gas card. However they were conveniently “out” of gas cards and offered to mail it to me. After almost an hour of being there, I walked away empty-handed. The whole experience felt deceptive and lackadaisical, and I do not feel inclined to work with or purchase ANY vehicles from the pre-owned center.

Be Aware! I am writing this review more than a year after purchasing my car. Despite enduring numerous hidden fees and enduring high-pressure sales tactics, my dissatisfaction with the purchase stems from several significant issues. Firstly, upon receiving the car, it was evident that it had not been properly cleaned. Moreover, my attempts to address this concern went unanswered, presumably due to the dealership's purportedly busy schedule.

However, my discontent with the purchase extends beyond cleanliness concerns. During the sale, I was assured that all oil changes would be covered under the contract. To my dismay, I recently discovered that only two oil changes were included in the agreement. This discrepancy not only violates the terms initially presented to me but also underscores a breach of trust.

It is imperative to caution potential customers about the dealership's questionable practices. From employing deceptive sales tactics to reneging on contractual promises, it is evident that integrity is not their priority. Proceed with caution, as they prioritize securing your money over delivering on their commitments.

So I want to warm people before they come in and waste their time with the Deal or No Deal flyer. I went there today because I got a winning number a called the dealership a few times to make sure it wasn't a scam and that I wasn't required to do anything to claim my prize they ensure me 3 times by 3 different people that I was not obligated to do anything and they ensured me that I can only go and pick up my prize. Arriving I had to wait for 30 minutes to be seen by event planner then they make u test drive a car and I told them that I did not want to and they said well u have to follow the rules if u want to claim the prize. To make the story short I test drove answers a few questions and got a damn tumbler after being there for 2 hours! One thing they don't say is that the box that matches the prize is not what u get but a very small code in the bottom left has to match a number they have on a board in the back. Don't waste ur time save ur time n gas is all a scam!!!!

Bad customer service, it first started with my husband and I finding a vehicle online, we called to confirm that the vehicle was still available three times before we made the hour and a half drive to the dealership. We get to the dealership and the vehicle is not available. We were very upset about it and was about to walk out until another vehicle showed up that had everything we wanted. The salesman knew what the price of the previous vehicle was and we were comfortable with that, hints the reason why we made the drive. The other vehicle that was presented to was double the price of the one that they lied and said was available. After several hours at the dealership, my husband was able to negotiate a deal that we were comfortable with. After doing all the paperwork and getting the key not keys, the salesman told us that he will get the spare and mail it to us. A few weeks with buy and never received the spare key. I’ve purchased the vehicle in October 23 and it is now March 24 and we still don’t have a spare key. We have called many many times with no help. I get sent to voicemail boxes that or full. I get the run around with no solutions. On March 8th I finally got a whole of the manger. I explained to him what has been going on. He asked me what was a good time for me to bring the vehicle in so I can get my spare key, I gave him a day and he told me that he would check and se if his guy is available that day and he will call me right back. As of now, I have not received a phone call. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, please do not go to the pre owned lot. They did not no how to do professional business .

I called about a vehicle online. I told the online sales group that my son needed a car for <$14k. She assured me that they had multiple options. When I arrived, I told my sales guy the same. He said that was fine. We picked out a car for $13.5k. We stayed working on pricing, and they came in with all of the mandatory "extras" they already put on it. Over $8k worth of unneeded extras! How is that within my price range? They lied, they falsely advertised, and they tried to justify it as it's for our best interest.

Do not buy from this dealership, period. They tried to add 5K to the original price of 21K because of a satellite package and nitrogen in the tires. I asked if they've already put the package on the vehicle because I was not interested in the blatantly over priced package to which the sales man told me they don't keep record of that. He legit didn't even know if the package was on the vehicle or he was out right lying, both are likely. The whole interaction was very sleezy, at the time they hired tons of junior car salesman and it really felt they were using them as cheap labor more so than providing young adults career opportunities. They had me and 3 salesman in one room haggling about the insane package for legitimately over 3 hours which was so uncomfortable. The main salesman knew what he was doing and I watched him grit his teeth really weirdly every time I questioned him about the scam they were trying to pull. Don't go here. There are better dealerships throughout the Houston area. The next day I went to another used dealership and found the truck I wanted at a price 5k lower than their proposed walk out price. The interaction was terrible and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I'm glad manufacturers are pushing to phase out these awful dealerships.
