I was nervous at first being that this was my first time since 10 years ago buying a car from a dealership. Thank you Jose for being so kind and pushing to help me get into a vehicle today! Always dealing with the big dealerships has been a pain, especially if you’re not buying a new car. So I tried Durrett one day, just the good vibes and less hassle while I looked at their lot was 10x better. There was a good variety of cars in my price range. I was looking for a daily driver good on gas. Felix was the guys name that was straight forward on best price for two of the cars I was looking at, I bought the Honda Accord over a month ago, no issues, decent miles and running really good so far. Great people all around, fun atmosphere great find.

My family and I successfully paid off a vehicle from Durrett Motor in 2022. We returned to purchase a second vehicle in 2023, unfortunately the second experience was a total disaster from the beginning until the end. We approached the dealership with a down payment, great credit, long term employment, and had successfully paid a vehicle off the year prior. Ashley, our salesman knew this vehicle was going to be used for our family and our children's safety was our top priority. The vehicle that was pushed onto our family was a complete lemon. Each and every time we put gasoline into the vehicle, the engine would die and take several attempts of revving the engine to get it to start. The vehicle left our family stranded at stop signs and stop lights. We called the dealership the day after making the purchase to express our concerns and inform management the vehicle's engine was stalling. Management completely dismissed our concerns and offered absolutely no help at all. Please beware of any vehicle purchases from Durrett Motor Company. Please read the other reviews, this dealership has sold numerous faulty vehicles. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I suggest to everyone not to buy from this dealership....This is a fair warning!!!They sell lemon cars.....Cars that have problems.....They sold me a car that does not lock in March 2023....The driver side door does not lock..That's actually a safety hazard..The car engine light came on a week after I had it .....My personal mechanic said the dealership turnt off the engine light to make it seem like the car does not have problems.....The dealership states they inspect cars....That's a lie....If they inspect cars why did the engine turn on a week later.....They also a dealership that turn off customer cars for late payments......Even if you have problems with the car. I told them to come pick up the car because I don't want anymore problems.......I got approved from many other dealerships that don't turn off customer cars and don't sell lemon cars.....Good luck....They won't get anymore money from me..... Putting it on my credit won't affect me....Credit is always fixable..... I'm looking out for myself....Not these money hungry people!!!!!!Stay away from this dealership people!!!I'm happy I shipped that raggedy car they sold me away.....No more problems!!!
