BEWARE of the car you leave with. I only had my car for a week in the check engine light blinking my car has been shaking. Just because the car looks nice doesn’t mean it’s worth getting. Be careful of the small dealerships, they honestly just want your money and will have you leave with anything. Basically a lemon. Also the maintenance team lied and said they were going to fix the back car door and I left, it never got fixed. Their just a waste of time, I should have did my research. Diana was my sales representative, she truly made the process smooth and enjoyable. Not even a week went by I called and she went ghost on me. Other than that
I appreciated how transparent she was about pricing and financing options.

My experience with Excel was great. First time purchasing from them. Only had my car for a month. Started off with Ms. Lucy as my sales person. She was amazing, loved her personality. She made sure I was comfortable with the choice made. Also the Service Maintenance Manager Joe, made sure that all minor concerns were taking care of on a professional manner. The service worker Jay was also pleasant in my concerns. Will do more reviews through my journey with my purchase in 6 months.

Alex in the pay department is the bomb!!!! She definitely has excellent communication and customer service skills and is willing to help if you handle your part of the deal. I wish I only had to deal with her but the way I things are set up it can't be that way. But definitely she is amazing

I recently had a issue and Mr Abraham came to my rescue. Although I am not 100% satisfied with the deal I will say he was great to deal with and made what I needed happen. This place has good vehicle just be smart with your purchase and if there is a issue talk to them B4 u sign on the lines.

Renee is very rude to be over anyone account. And she threatened to put my car for repo cause they have me done to pay on Thursday and I been paying on Fridays since I had my car. Been with excel motors for 2 years. And the customer service is always good. Never thought in a million years I would go through this. This my second car I am trying to pay off. She needs to have more training cause she will lose customers with being so hostile. But y'all still the best car LOT NO MATTER WHAT.. THANKS AGAIN. HAPPY HOLIDAYS

BEWARE!!!!! THESE ARE THE RUDEST, WEIRDEST, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACE EVER!!!!! They charged my card for a payment which was unauthorized and I DONT EVEN HAVE A VEHICLE WITH THEM!!! NEVER HAD A VEHICLE WITH THEM!!!!! When I called to find out why my card was being charged without my permission they hung up on me!!!!! Simply ridiculous how rude the lady in the billing department is!!!!! She needs to be fired!!!! Thank god my card was locked or they would have stole my hard earned money!!!! They are EVIL PEOPLE!!!!!!!

So far I am extremely happy with my purchase from Excel! I found one of their ads on facebook, Josh’s specifically, and was super intrigued to apply by how easy the process seemed. Sure enough, he made the process just as easy as he said he would. I had a car in mind and it took me a few days to make it there to actually see it, but he held onto it for me. I came from a little over an hour away to meet Josh and test drive my new car. I left with keys in probably less than an hour!

Wiley the salesman was so nice. I drove an hour and half. He told me he would put me into a vehicle. And he did just that. Low down payment and n reasonable monthly payments. Must check out Excel Motors? I take this back. They suck they’re money hungry. I put 1500 down. A week later had to put 500 down. How the hell I had a car note due a week later. Haven’t even had the car a full month. I regret going here. Oh yea let’s not forget how they put a repossession out on my car when I was a day late. Had to pay $75 for a cancellation fee. Remember I haven’t even had the car a month. Just paid $500. Dead ass wrong
