DO NOT GO HERE after just three days of having my vehicle from here I opened my gas tank and it just start pouring out gas, I called them over and over again telling them what was going on with my car they told me I would have to get the car towed to them . So I paid 300$ out of pocket to tow my car there. The girl gabby at the front desk is very unprofessional and does not care about anyone needs at all. The entire place is unprofessional. They will literally cut your car off every chance they get. They don’t not give their customers time to make a car payment or even a grace period they will leave u stranded !!! They will even cut you off due to insurers! Yes Insursnce , everyone in there needs training . My sister also got a truck from them which she returned in two days due to her brakes going bad!!
If you can avoid going here please do! They do not care about you at all or they won’t even try to help you stay away!!! I pay 660$ a month for my vehicle ! They won’t even give me a two day grace period they will cut it off and not answer the phone. My sister has a foreign and her car company works with her and they always try to avoid cutting the car off!! Stay away from here

IDC what nobody says I had a great experience today. Dyree my salesman took REALLY good care of me all my concerns he answered and every problem he fix REAL TALK. I even told him I wanted to take my truck and get it tested for issues on my own. His reply was here are the keys take your time he wasn’t worried at all. And guess what I found out? HE DIDNT LIE one simple lil thing to fix but he had already told me before I lefT and agree to fix the problem. So honestly I would definitely do business with him again. They didn’t run my credit pulling my score down Just promise. So the other post above speaking down on Dyree base off my experience today I would have to ask you sure you wasn’t the problem ? ‍♀️ don’t take my word go talk to him for yourself you won’t be disappointed

⭐️ Unfortunate Experience with EZ Keys Auto

I’ve had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with EZ Keys Auto. Initially, the process seemed smooth, but after purchasing a vehicle, multiple issues came up that were never disclosed during the sale. The car has had several mechanical problems, and despite reaching out to the dealership for support, I’ve gotten little to no help in resolving these issues.

On top of that, communication has been extremely poor. Calls and messages have gone unanswered for days, and when I do manage to get in touch, I receive vague answers or promises that aren’t kept. I’ve escalated the issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and even reached out to a local news channel to report the dealership’s lack of accountability.

I’m sharing this review so others can be aware and cautious when considering purchasing a vehicle from EZ Keys Auto. Pics attached are coolant just pouring out of the vehicle.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy from here! The entire place is unprofessional. The front desk people are extremely rude especially Gabby, and they're not willing to help if you may have an unforeseen circumstance that may require your payment to be late. They will shut your car off immediately. I had a service needed for my car before I left the lot it took almost 3 months for them to fix it after I was calling multiple times a day, and I kept getting the run around about it. They can't fix your car in a timely manner, but will shut your car off if it's a day late! It's hard to get in touch with anyone, and they don't even have an online system to make payments. You have to call in or go in person which is a huge inconvenience especially when they barely answer the phone but will turn your car off. I wish I had did more research, but at the time I just needed a vehicle quickly. If I can help someone in the future to save time, money, and frustration please read this. Go to a legit dealership because this place is AWFUL RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Horrible company! Went in to get a car that was listed on the website as available, got to the car lot the car was no where in site. I was able to find a similar vehicle in which was more in miles and cost. The check engine light was on and the owner insisted that I pay to get it fixed! Oh and I just put down money to get the car. Time wasted! DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR A CAR. SCAMMERS…….

This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! NO CREDIT CHECKS AT ALL! Bring your down payment and drive off. I wish I could remember my salesman's name to give him recognition(I'm horrible with remembering names), but he was very helpful and got me in what I needed. I highly recommend this place.

I purchased a car from Ez Keys Autos a little over a month ago, and it was the worst decision I've made thus far.
When purchasing the car, I was told that the car title was clean of any accidents, but this was far from the truth.
On day two of owning the car, I experienced issues with it not wanting to crank, shaking, and acceleration problems. I returned the car and expressed my concerns, but was told to leave it, in which they had it for four days. I was informed that the mechanics were not able to duplicate any of these issues, so they turned the car back over to me.
The next day, I started experiencing these issues again, but this time I lost complete control to accelerate on the interstate. While trying to navigate through traffic to get to the shoulder, I caused a major accident involving other cars. I expressed my frustration, as my family was in the car during this accident. Ez Keys refused to look at the car again or to possibly resolve this issue in any other way. I was instructed to take the car to Honda and cover the cost myself, and the best they could do is allow me to be seven days late on my car note. Honda deemed the car to be unsafe to drive and had the car for 12 days attempting repairs.
The car was released, and the very next day, the engine started running hot. I took the car back to Honda, and they leveled with me, telling me that this car was a complete totaled car and possibly involved in more than one accident. I also learned that the car's speedometer was also altered. I have purchased a car under complete false pretense.
After going through all of this and a little over a month, the car is not fixed, and my only option I fill that I have is to voluntarily turn it back in and lose the money I put into the car.

Please stay away from this place, I assure you it’s never that bad, as they will sell your car at top dollar, lie to you straight in your face, and you will be stuck with problem. Whatever positive reviews you’re seeing on here please question it!!! I will be posting my review on any and all platforms I can find including, filing with the BBB, and I’m sure they could care less.
