Please ask for Rolando Nixon when purchasing a vehicle. What a great experience from beginning to end! He found what we were looking for and I was able to drive off in my new 2025 Kia within a few hours. He’s professional and relatable. Made my husband laugh which is hard to do!!!

I have a 2024 telluride x line that I purchased in March 2024. At the end of May the side panels for my windows starting coming off my car. My husband and I went to the dealership in the beginning of June and talked to Ashley. She told us the part was on back order. I called back in June to tell her that the other one had fell off as well. And for her to order enough to replace my whole vehicle. She said no problem. I called in July still on back order I called in August still on back order. I called today September 4th the parts are still on back order and they don’t know when they will be in. The lady I spoke with today stated that they are still waiting. I explained to her that this is a brand new vehicle and this was unacceptable. It’s like after they get your money they don’t care. My last Kia that I will ever purchase. The fact that nobody knows what is going on is ridiculous.

Randy was an amazing sales person and I love my car or there wouldn't even be 3 stars. This process was the most confusing process I've had purchasing a car, and I've purchased 5 before this one. There were inconsistencies with online pricing versus prices at the dealership and I just suggest to make sure you pay attention to all the numbers on the contract before signing.

We went in looking for a specific car and when asked about it we got told it wasn't on the lot. So when asked why it was on the website they said because it will be on the lot. We moved on from that car and then asked about another one to test drive. Guy came back and said it wasn't ready to be test driven yet so we asked about another deal and asked to test drive it as well. The guy told us that it wasn't on the lot either and currently in the shop being repaired so then we started asking about what repairs and they didn't know until we asked for the report. Over all we wasted our time there & the staff was a mix of non professionals where we saw one guy get yelled at on the floor for what sounded like not being able to make a sale.

The "manager" that came out to tell us the 3rd car wasn't available just seemed so uninterested and all he said was that he could have the car available within 3-4 days. Luckily we left and found a way better deal elsewhere. In total we spent about 2.5 hrs at Kia Freddy's just to be told none of the cars we were interested in were available. Also, our guy came back from "talking with his manager" and was watching some sport game on his phone.

I'm a kia owner and like the cars but i don't know what's going on with big Kia dealerships that it just truly makes my blood boil even though I give them multiple chances.

Update on 11/11/2024: I've been trying to reach Rodrigo Arroyo, the Service Manager, with no success. Two weeks ago, I called and spoke to a customer service representative who asked me tons of questions, assuring me the license plate would be ready last week. But here we are, and nothing’s happened. I called again this morning, and the woman on the phone asked me to wait 15 minutes before hanging up on me. I tried calling back twice, but each time I mentioned the license plate, she hung up. I called a third time, and a different representative said she’d transfer me to sales, only to hang up once more. I honestly don’t understand how this place stays in business.

Never seen any bad service like this dealer. I bought my car on 8/1/24 and now 10/25/2024, almost 3 months and I still have not got the license plate yet. No apologies, no excuses. Every time I called, employees there talked to me like I'm annoying them and don't even answer my questions, only told me wait for their call. If you want to buy a KIA car, you better look for the others.
