I purchased a 2012 from here through Francisco. From the moment I started looking at the vehicles here I knew this place was not like normal Buy Here Pay Here dealerships. They are a no pressure dealership. You walk around and look at the vehicles they have and once you find one you like, go into the office and ask for a sales associate. I dealt with Francisco, and he is extremely well manner and professional. I was originally looking at an Acura TSX Sportwagen, and he gave me the keys to test drive it. I was surprised he didn't want to come along for the ride. He just took a copy of my license and sent me on my way. I like the car a lot and was doing some research on it after i left the lot. As I was leaving I saw a 2012 Volvo XC70 wagon. I inquired about that vehicle too and researched it as well. We all know that Honda and Volvo both make reliable vehicles so I had my work cut out for me to figure out which vehicle I would like more. During this entire process, Francisco did not call me or contact me with out me contacting him first. As everyone knows dealing with dealerships, they bombard you with phone calls and emails, and try to get you to buy a vehicle before you leave the lot. Well not this dealership and I greatly appreciate it that as it allowed me to look at other Volvo XC70s and dealerships. I went with Orlando Car Deals on the fact they worked with me on financing, and are very close to my house, before I purchased the vehicle I asked if they would do the brakes and they said yes, I also had them replaced my serpentine belt as that was due. Then after 3 weeks my battery died completely and they replaced that for me. This was a great help to me as this would had easily cost me a few thousand dollars in repair bills. The only thing I did was get an alignment as they didn't have a machine to do it, and bought some nice tires for it. This is a great dealership for anyone looking to buy a good vehicle. The sales manager is Marshall, and Brody is the front desk clerk who takes care of the customers after purchasing a vehicle. Marshall works very hard to get you financing for the vehicle you wish to purchase, and Brody takes care of any issues you may have with the vehicle. They have a full mechanic shop on site with well trained mechanics. I wish I knew the mechanic that worked on my Volvo as he was very good and extremely nice. I can honestly not say enough about this dealership and how great it is dealing with them.

Terrible, bad character company, they asked for an amount to hold a car and promised a financing, when we returned it was nothing of what we said, and they did not return our money, they made a false refund! The money never entered our account, do not buy a car with them, because there is no word.

Santos is the man. Marshall the owner exceeded my expectations. These guys really helped me out and got me into a car I really wanted. They were able to get me financing and it even reports on my credit. Check these guys out before you buy somewhere else.

Bought a mustang gt from them 3 years ago. Off the bat it had coolant problems. Engine had to be torn apart and rebuilt for me to use the car. Car also has wiring problems. It has been sitting the past 2 years. They sold me a piece of junk. That I’m still paying on and not driving. Highly recommend staying away

Excellent service, great price, and very friendly staff. My salesman, John Green was amazing. It's been a while since I've purchased from a car lot and he made doing so very very easy and completely stress free. Went in and picked out a car. And got approved quick. They help you get cheap full coverage insurance. I had an issue that would of stopped me from getting a car some where else. But they worked around it. Very nice people. The cars are affordable. Go check them out.

I took my two daughters to Marshall because they both needed cars. Our experience with his dealership was exceptional. We ended up with two great cars for them both and the price was what I would describe as "immediately agreeable." It was just in our budget and what you would consider fair right off the bat. It's nice to shop for a car and not have to feel the need to negotiate. The sale closing and financing was fast and efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. One other thing I'd like to mention is that even long after the sale, Marshall was very attentive to our needs. Car dealers don't often have this ethic. I've never had such an easy, streamlined car buying experience.

This was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Gary was absolutely amazing! When he asked me what I was looking for, I answered three questions and right off the bat he directed towards a vehicle. I saw another vehicle that I test drove and I thought I would like over the vehicle that Gary had suggested. Well, I was surprised how much I liked driving the vehicle Gary had suggested over the one I thought I liked! He was right on about the car payments as well. He was super helpful and worked with me every step of the way! He wasn't just interested in the sale but was interested about me and what I was needing; my own personal situation. Gary was so professional and really knows his stuff. If anyone can get you in what you need, he's the one! I felt that I had gained a friend along this journey! I will definitely go to him if and when I decide to sell this car and get another one. It was the most honest and upfront process. A great atmosphere!
