We drove from Brandon, Mississippi to purchase our 2012 Honda Odyssey from Leo. He was very friendly and helpful. He put us at ease and didn’t try to “sell” it. Answered all of our questions and let us know of a few minor things that would need to be fixed. At that price point we were willing to do a little work because the mileage was great.
Buying a used vehicle is always a risk but we felt really good about buying our van from them and it’s been a blessing.

Do NOT buy from these guys. I needed a car fast because I’d just moved here and I needed it for work. I looked at a car from them I’d seen on Car Guru, and it wouldn’t even start. I should have run at that point. Then he showed me another car of the same make and model. He assured me that they took all the cars to a mechanic to get them checked out first. This was obviously a lie. He also assured me that they’re an old company, and if there is anything wrong with it, they’ll fix it. But shortly after buying it, it started overheating. When I took it in to the shop, they asked me, “Where did you get this car?” When I told them, they said, “You should take it back and get your money back.” When I called the guy at Public Autosalers, he tried to convince me that the mechanic was trying to rip me off (They didn’t even WANT to fix it), and said he’d get me in touch with his mechanic instead. Uh…the one that supposedly checked it out before selling it? No thanks. So, I’m out thousands of dollars more in repairs. There was coolant leaking, oil leaking, a problem with the valve gasket, , the vacuum pump seal, worn out brake pads; it needs a new stabilizer bar, shocks, and an alignment. This was a huge mistake buying from them. Whatever you do, stay far away from Public Autosalers.
