My experience with service has been very pleasurable i am so happy i started coming to this dealership everyone that cross my path has been a great help. All in all, it was a superior experience thanks to my salesperson Sara. She is phenomenal and really went above and beyond for us. We initially started looking for a vehicle at the Sterling McCall Toyota dealer who told us the vehicle on the computer inventory was not available. He said he called the Hyundai dealer, and it was no longer available. After going to the Lexus dealership, Gil at Lexus went into the computer inventory and wrote down the vehicle number, and told us to go next door because the vehicle was there. We backtracked to the Hyundai dealer, and there was Sara. She let us know the vehicle was on-site and available. She brought the SUV around, gave a great presentation of the vehicle, and off we went for a test drive. She was very forthcoming with information about the process and purchase. Although there were small issues noted after getting the vehicle home, we still had an amazing experience on-site.

Overall, it is a great location, but we continue to work with the dealership on a couple of issues. I can't lower the rating because of the subsequent issues because Sara and Shane in Financing provided outstanding service and continue to be engaged in helping to resolve the issues. I would recommend this location. Go see Sara!! She and Shane at Sterling McCall Hyundai can get it done!!

I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism I’ve experienced with this dealership while trying to get a credit processed. For nearly two months, I’ve been stuck in limbo with no resolution.

While Martin from the sales team has been helpful and professional, Andrew in finance has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, Andrew has provided no clear updates or timeline, leaving me completely in the dark. I even reached out to Mr. Caraway for assistance, but nothing came of it.

This kind of negligence and lack of communication is unacceptable. It’s clear that once the sale is made, customer care is no longer a priority.

I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership to anyone. If you value efficiency, accountability, and basic communication, look elsewhere.

Hoping that this next step in escalating our issue it taken seriously by management.
