As a Hammond resident, I was disappointed with the service at Supreme Toyota. I expressed interest in two vehicles, but due to work and a family emergency, I couldn't come in. Joe promised to send me information about prices, but didn’t follow up. Later, Joey informed me Joe was out unexpectedly, so I arranged with Joey to come in, only to find he’d left early after agreeing to talk in person. I was advised to wait until the next day as to not force Joe and the other sales person to split the sale 50/50, I empathized, left, but received no call the next day. None of the staff followed through on their promises, heck I never even got a price on paper, so I accepted the red flags and took my business elsewhere. My suggestion: Don't work with this dealer, they are not willing to work with you unless they have you cornered.

Supreme Toyota is the BEST!!! After being lied to by both Toyota dealerships in St. Tammany Parish, Joey C. came through!!! We are so happy with the Solar Octane Tacoma. What a great experience. No BS!!! Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Hammond.

This portion of my review is for Ms. Amy. The last two times I’ve had my car serviced at Supreme Toyota, Ms. Amy has been there. When I see her she is always smiling and helping folks. I tell her she is always running around but she does it with a smile. She usually takes me home and picks me up while my car is being service. She provides great customer service, is patient, and is a very safe driver. I appreciate Ms. Amy for the kindness she has shown me. I believe she is a true gem and joy to be around. Supreme Toyota is lucky to have her. My service advisor was pleasant. I usually have Mando (that’s probably misspelled) and he is usually pleasant and efficient.
