Formidable ! Notre ordinateur de bord a déclenché une panne adblue nous indiquant que le véhicule ne pourrait plus redémarrer dans 200 kms alors que nous étions en train de faire un roadtrip au Royaume-Uni! Nous avons été reçus par Marcus qui s'est montré très compréhensif malgré notre anglais approximatif, a fait preuve de beaucoup de patience et a branché la valise diagnostic aussi vite que possible. Merci beaucoup pour l'aide apportée.

I strongly advise against trusting this dealership. During the purchase, they seemed polite and accommodating, but their after-sales service was a completely different story.

I purchased a Citroën from them, and the problems started immediately:

Punctured tyre: The car arrived with a punctured tyre.

Service issue: Just one month after purchase, a warning light indicated the car needed servicing. Despite their claim that the car had been serviced before delivery, they admitted they forgot to update the system to reflect this.
Even after acknowledging their mistake, they refused to refund me for the unnecessary service I had to pay for. Thye also refused to pay me for the new tyre.

This behaviour is dishonest and unacceptable. I feel completely let down and would recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. They do not uphold basic accountability or customer care once the sale is finalised.

This Garage is absolutely outstanding. The Customer Service is exceptional. The professionalism of all Staff has been impeccable. Very impressed with the way we have been treated with the purchase of a van for our Dog Walking Business.
I never realized a Garage could be this good. My only regret is that we haven't been here before. Jack Telford and his Staff are an absolute credit to the Organisation. Thoroughly and totally recommended !

Excellent customer service from everyone but especially Marcus, Lauren & Luis. Couldn’t have done enough to help me when finding out there was a fault with my car engine, replacing it for me and sorting me with a courtesy car until it was fixed. Aswell as updating me on how far on with my car they were and answering all of my questions. 10/10 service, thank you again!

We dealt all virtual with Ewan purchasing our car from the USA as we were moving back to the UK and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Having videos sent about the car, interaction by text, it was all so easy to do and work with. Thank you for your help in getting us our car for when we got back to the UK. It was a pleasure to deal with you, you were nice, honest and not pushy. You go against car dealerships reputation in a good way.

Ok lets explain. Rang around looking for a mobility car, many had long wait times, spoke to these guys who said they had some in stock. Went in and was told would be available 7th November, also others were available later in November. I specifically asked if we would receive in November at some point and was told yes...so we ordered. Few days later we had an email saying could be February! angry I emailed dealership and had no response. Eventually rang and was told all is ok, that's just the factory estimate and our November date was still ok. November approaching so sent a quick email to see if all ok, again no response. Annoyed at not getting a reply I spoke to the manager, who was uninterested, he stated that email was no longer in use which I doubt as its everywhere as contact for them. When I asked who I could speak to above him he became condescending telling me it was a family business and was very cocky as he knew he had no one to answer too. I then received an email stating 1st of December and then another week of prep again potentially. We all know this will of course get pushed back and after Christmas and the new year it will be February. Of course they will hide behind the "delivery subject to change clause" but still underhanded. Bottom line not the best customer experience in both information, organization and customer care!

Long story but lost key, could drive, but not turn off car! No spare as on holiday nearby. Called the guys and explained, by chance they had a spare key and a 30 min drive later we're there. 30 mins after that a reprogrammed new key. Honestly they were great, really friendly & helpful. Didn't buy a car but they would be on my list of dealers I would go to. Thanks Guys.
