Bought a car here out of state at the end of April 2024 and had nothing but problems with it. I had to put over $5,000 into the car for the following reasons:

1. Cosmetic damage including scuffed rims, dented roof, deep scratches in door (Full of Bondo. See attached photo.) sloppy paint job / drip on driver door. (Resulting in me having to replace the entire door and re-do the paint).

2. Car was completely out of alignment.

3. SOS button didn’t work and ended up having to put a brand new radio in because someone previously installed a radio that was registered to a different car 5 years older.

4. there was no manual and no key in the car for the lug nuts on the wheels and had to get them completely replaced.

I was told before purchasing the car that there were no prior accidents, which turned out to be false and I was also told that it was the original exhaust which was not true.

At the end of the day the best dealership could settle with for me was $500 after repeatedly asking to speak with the GM for weeks.

Michael was our salesman!!! And honestly I have to say he was absolutely exceptional! He went above and beyond to help us with a vehicle and I’m so grateful for how much he put up with because it wasn’t plane sailing at first and I have to say he is an absolute asset to TexasAuto because of his calm manners and exceptional people skills, very polite and patient even when we were getting frustrated, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Robert Freeman was by far the best experience at Texas Auto North. The most patient and courteous person I have met in a long time. There needs to be more Robert Freemans in this world. If it wasnt for him I would of definitely not bought a car there.

Art of the steal.... Im out of state but I found a Lincoln Navigator on their website. My salesman "Nima" checked it out and said the it was beautiful inside and out. No damage, no smell, drives great, no issues. This guy has "no shame". I paid $1000 to have it shipped and it shows up with ripped seats $622, Broken cupholders and center console $120, The vehicle had been in a previous bad accident that someone tried to cover up by replacing the driver door with an aftermarket Chinese door. (see tag in pic) Horrible bondo job on the L/R door. The worst part was when you open the door, the smell is like rotten taco bell. It also had a broken running board, (stuck down and bent) . $2000. Nima tried to blame the shipper but the shipper had pictures of it broken at texas auto. Then the manager Moe apologizes and says he will fix the damage. Wants me to buy the parts and he will re-imburse me. I send him receipts for the parts i bought then he dodges my calls. Weeks go buy. Now i cant return the SUV because we are now past the "return window". Moe now says, "I didn't want you to buy the parts , I meant our parts department will send you the parts. Talk to parts manager David Lentini". He has me send him pictures of broken parts, then blows me off for weeks. GM mike says "send me pics and i will take care of you". Weeks later no call back. Just keep stringing you along. Its been 7 months and nothing has been done. "Art of the steal"

I've spent thousands on a vehicle that I cant use. I've had it detailed over 8 times. $150 each. Running Board $2000. $622 seat. $2000 body work and the vehicle still is not useable because of the smell. They also sold me the extended warranty for $2999 which did not cover any of this. My family and I were impacted by Hurricane Beryl. This dealership is an HOUR away from where we live. But they posted great deals online, so we looked into it and reached out. The car salesman, Success (yes, that’s his REAL name), had been communicating with us via social media since before we arrived at the dealership. Once we arrived, the man greeted us at the door. And did all he could and beyond to put together a deal for us. And it was….a success (shameless pun ABSOLUTELY INTENDED). We were just missing one key piece of information that prevented us from driving off the lot. Other than that though. Is good to go.

No one else was willing to work with our unique situation. These guys went above and beyond.
