The lady sells person named Yoli was very polite. Very nice a very, very good salesperson. I give her thumbs up. The car was good. I just didn’t like the detailed job they the guys did. Needed a vehicle asap {motor went out in my other car}. Got a preapproval and they had the exact car i wanted at a great price. From looking at the vehicle to down payment and paperwork took maybe 2 hours. They are fast and friendly and even when busy don't just leave you sitting there twiddling your thumbs. Would highly recommend them. Nice cars at reasonable prices and great customer service.

I was rebuilding my credit using Credit Karma and Experian and decided to click on the "See what vehicle you are pre-qualified for" and I was receiving links for several trucks that matched what I was looking for. I went in for a test drive and whenever I returned they didn't pressure me. They asked me if I liked the truck and told me whenever I'm ready they could start the paperwork. They were amazing to work with and made me feel like an old friend. They answered any questions I had and were very informative and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted a second vehicle and they were able to find me a foreign car that had extremely low miles and priced under the blue book value. The staff was nice and accommodating. I will definitely return and I have referred several people to them. Ask for Julie or Ali and they will take care of you!!

BEWARE* My experience was a total disappointment. I was at their location twice, the first time I wanted to verify the inventory of a particular car. When I arrived, I was very adamant about not buying a “salvage” unit. A female(the only female there) sales consultant was assisting me, she assured me that the car was in “excellent condition” with only a minor repair in the fender; she said it was very CLEAN VEHICLE.
When I returned the second time with my spouse with the intention of buying the car I requested to turn on the vehicle. I popped the hood and immediately see that both of the twin intakes going into the engine had been replaced, both air canister shells too, there were missing brackets, the debri-covers in the radiator top areas were not snapped in place, they were missing fasteners, and even the brake tank reservoir was missing the bracket. So I turned to the sales consultant and I asked her, you said it was just a fender replacement on this car, why are all this components replaced and not even secured?
She said that there was nothing wrong with the car and that she didn’t know anything about that. I said, please check the history on the car.
We then proceeded to look at the history after she had said this was a clean vehicle. Wrong!!!! The unit had a history of TOTAL LOSS.
I asked her why the blatant lie. She got defensive and continued to lie even more by stating that all dealers have the cars in that condition and that the state of Texas allows them to do business this way.
I couldn’t believe her mediocre response, she kept trying to talk over me, she kept rolling her eyes, and continued with her attitude. Needless to say, Mr. Ali should really consider the people that represent his business. She is a disgrace without any slightest amount of ethics or respect. FYI, not all cars in dealers are in bad shape as she says. There are cars out there that are in fact clean, that were well taken care of; with no issues. We just have to do our due diligence and find them with the right people. (Not with total loss, not rebuilt, not reconstructed, not salvage)

I found the dealer in Social Media, and decided to give it a try. At the beginning, I was very cautious, and the customer service was not the best initially. But this is an honest seller. If something previously happened to the car or if there is something in the vehicle's history, they will not hide it. You will be able to make an inforned decision, just ask! Honesty characterizes them. When buying a car, you need to be certain that what you are getting is what the seller offers. And you can be sure they will be truthful! Totally recommended!
