Hands down best dealership I've dealt with. Deya made sure we were taken care of, wasn't pushy and they worked with us. Had a little hiccup with the car after it was taken around back but they noticed and fixed it immediately. They did this on their own accord as well I didn't even need to point out something was off. They didn't want us to leave the lot worried about anything. Service was fast too we were in and out in around an hour. Overall I would recommend and go back. Happy with my 86, happy with the service and experience.

I bought a 2019 Range Rover from this company on September 11, 2024! On September 30, 2024, the vehicle display showed that the wiper water was insufficient! Then the next day! On October 1, 2024, it was filled up! Then the vehicle showed that the coolant was insufficient while driving on October 7, 2024! As a user, the first thing to do is to add coolant! Not a professional will notice the vehicle failure! After the vehicle was filled with coolant! On October 27, 2024, the coolant was insufficient again! I thought there must be something wrong with the car! So I contacted them! They asked me to come over! Then they checked it out! They told me that it would cost $4,000 to repair the car! It would cost $4,000 to repair the car! That car is not a small problem! With such a big problem, why didn't they find the problem with the vehicle before selling it? As a dealer! When purchasing and selling used cars, they will check the entire car! Only then will they give the seller a reasonable price! If you want to sell it again, you must improve the vehicle failure problem to a qualified level! Then sell it! This is not a small problem! Such a big problem, I asked them to write a vehicle fault report for me! What problem costs 4,000 yuan to repair? The sales manager said no! Then I asked them why they charged me 4,000 yuan! I came back today to ask a friend who repairs the car to help me check it! They said the engine problem is very serious! It will cost more money! Such a big fault! Such a big problem and still selling it! What kind of behavior is this? I asked them that the user showed that the coolant was too low in less than a month after using the car! What will the user do! Will they do a full car inspection like a professional? So I will find a professional Land Rover dealer to check it again tomorrow! After getting the report, I will definitely safeguard my legal rights! Tell everyone not to choose dealers blindly! Otherwise, there is no guarantee for after-sales service! You must look at the dealer and service guarantee! Either be professional yourself! Otherwise, there is no guarantee! Unless you really like this car! Then you should do a vehicle inspection! It won’t hurt yourself! Otherwise, when they sell it to you, they will tell you that this is a used car! You didn’t buy insurance! And this car was bought on September 11, 2024! The problem occurred on October 7, 2024! If all car buyers are not professionals, such a big problem cannot be detected before the sale! If the car purchased is unqualified!
