I brought a car last week. All in all it is a good a car, but the customer service does suck. They are rude. If you are not Hispanic or white they treat you really different. But my main concern is that my car is roach infested and every time I call to try to tell them about it or bring it to someone’s attention, I’m on hold. Nobody acts like they know anything or can’t help me. Why would you sell a car that has roaches in it! I mean it is infested!! I have to basically figure out how to get roaches out this car because I’m stuck with it now! It’s really messed. These people are rude! And before yall say something, I didn’t see the roaches until it was night time, which was after I brought the car. I was already back at home which is an hour away from Houston. The sales guy doesn’t even work there anymore! And I guess they let him go because he was so good to me and tried to help my friend get her referral bonus because she brought to people to their business. They said she can’t get any bonus because she doesn’t have a car through them. Back to the roaches in the car, I have been calling everyday to get a manager. Every time I call and ask for a manager they ask my name. I tell them and then they say the manager isn’t here. You can call back in an hour. One time they said “you can come in and see there is no manager here” why would I drive an hour and some change for y’all to keep playing in my face. Currently on hold again! This is the 5th day in a row!

Would give less stars but can not. They sell really high mileage vehicles at extremely high rates. Bought a SUV that had check engine lights on but would not take care of it and would not compensate for a mechanic. Have had issues with the staff since I signed the paperwork. Now that the vehicle is paid for having issues getting my title from them. Just read a response from the owner to Tayia Lewis that said " they do not sell vehicles that have issues" which is a lie. I told them the SUV I was buying had the check engine light when I test drove it on and they told me it would be up to me to fix.

Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here just look elsewhere , very unprofessional they lie about having the vehicles they advertise then try to sell you something else we drove from Austin to Houston right after they confirmed these 2 trucks were available just to get there and they don’t have them they want to lie and say they sold both of them come on now they confirmed last night and we headed over first thing this morning , but based of these reviews I didn’t take a loss grateful I don't have to deal with them oh and then after we left they market all vehicles they didn’t have sold on the website

No gasten su tiempo ni dinero honrado aquí, son nada profesional mienten en tener los vehículos que ellos promocionan y ya estando allí les quieren vender algo diferente , nosotros manejamos de Austin a Houston después de aver confirmándonos que 2 trocas estaban disponibles nos confirmaron en la noche y en la mañana salimos asía allá solo para que no las tengan quieren decir que las vendieron y eso no es cierto pero base las experiencias de otras personas no fue una pérdida lo bueno que no tendré que lidiar con ellos a y después de salir ahora si marcaron todos los vehículos que no tienen como vendidos

Really bad customer service. Don’t answer phone calls. Many of them don’t speak English. They lie about everything. Very unprofessional. And they just don’t care about their customers and people in general. They will sell to a 15 year old if they could. They sell vehicles in any condition. Even when it’s hazardous and danger for our safety.

They chingalay and rude and ignorant when you ask questions and they lie cheat and steal. They will say they will fix a car you just got within the first 30days and and they will steal it and recharge you for it. The blue book value of My car is 1200 to 2600. They went from 10,000 to 15,000 for a car with no a/c and they lie and say they will take care of it and will keep your car and charge you. They warranty is not a warranty to benefit you in any way. I'm suing this company ASAP. Also when they had my car they used a cclamp to loosen my oil pan to completely sabotage the car or kill me. Do not mess with these sick lying people

So far, these people are very respectful, understanding, and professional. All the negative comments must be from people who tried taking advantage of the kindness they provide. I have had zero issues with payments they work with your pay schedule if your reliable and the older white country dude is very professional aswell as the collections agent and the assistance in securing a vehicle was easier than some dealerships I've dealt with and they provide comprehensive and collision for very cheap almost $100 a month... be an honest person, tell them what you need, and they will work with you. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK THOROUGHLY AT THE VEHICLE YOU WANT AS THEY DO SELL USED VEHICLES IT YOUR FAULT IF YOU BUY A VEHICLE THAT NEEDS MAINTENANCE I TOLD THEM I NEEDED SOMETHING RELIABLE AS I WAS ON LOW BUDGET AND THEY STEERED ME AWAY FROM A VEHICLE THAT I WANTED THAT NEEDED QUITE A BIT OF WORK. MORE HONEST THAN ALOT OF DEALERS IF YOU ASK ME...

I am extremely displeased with this place. I financed an older model honfa Civic from this place (jimmy was my agent) he told me that the vehicle passed an inspection and was good to go bc I told him I needed a reliable car for work transportation and I was able to make my payments on time and gave a $1500 down payment bc I trusted that this car would keep me afloat and I would be fully dependant on this car for my job and it breaks down on me in a month. I had to spend almost $100 to get the car back to the dealership and they said they would fix it and told me they were going to charge me to fix it! I agreed to pay, even though I dont think that is fair. And after almost 3 weeks of waiting and calling and getting excuse after excuse with no attempt to actually resolve mynprobpek I decided to just go get my belongings and let them repo it, which sucks buti can't afford to fix it and I don't even have the spare time off work to fix it so I have to just accept it and try to get another car
